Empty battery on the display despite having charged it for hours, this scooter does not work and customer service doesnât respond in time. Have had to spend all my money on public transportation and getting late to work. Do not recommend this crap product, maybe spend your money elsewhere. Theyâll try to send you replacement parts but even then those parts wonât work. Theyâll try to make you pay the shipping fee to send back the scooter just avoid this company altogether

Great electric scooter
I highly recommend this scooter, my daughter uses it very often and the battery lasts for hours. Not only is it fast, but it handles my 220 pound body and still delivers the speed and distance from the battery. Go buy this one!

Range is the only thing Iâd have to complain on. Itâs more like 15 mile range in the battery charge. Not 19 like it says. Always pack your charging cord on long trips. Good quality construction. Great value and good product!!!

I really love products and the speed is fast. They just need to improve the app function, like lock and unlock. The cruise control and top speed settings are useful.
