Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this to use with my DJI RS4 Pro. The phone mount that came with the Combo package was not big enough to hold my S24 Ultra in a case. I have the i-Blason Armorbo case. I previously bought the SmallRig Phone Support for DJI Stabilizers, Adjustment Phone Mount Adapter with 1/4″-20 Threaded Hole, Cold Shoe for DJI RS 4 Mini/RS 4 Pro/RS 3 /RS 3 Pro/RS 3 Mini/RS 2 / RS C2 / R S/R SC – 4301 but it also wasn’t big enough to hold my phone.  The build quality is very sturdy and the price is great for what you get. Magnet strength:This mount works really well. I have no issue with mounting my phone onto there and the magnet holds really good.  The only thing is that you have to be weary about storage and making sure it doesn’t get close to your SD cards or Hard drive!Value for money:The price is excellent for the quality that you get.Â

This is the one. Simple and solid. Itâs metal (not plastic like others) and the magnet attaches perfectly to MagSafe comparable devices and cases. I use a small iPhone X with a MagSafe case for monitoring my camera and it works very well!I purchased another one on here for similar price and it was plastic junk. Donât fall for it, get this one.

This product was sent to me for review as part of the Amazon Vine program. The following reflects my real-world experience using it.It is a good-quality piece of hardware with a robust and sleek build. Though the magnetic plate has an adjustable mount, it locks very securely in place; you need to use the included tool if you want to change its angle.I requested this mount because I don’t like the ‘clamp’-style phone mount that my tripod offers, and since my phone has MagSafe, it makes sense to use a magnetic mount, plus it’s much easier to mount and unmount my phone. The cold-shoe adapter also provides the flexibility to use it with other accessories – I could even put it on top of my camera, for another point of view when I am shooting.In summary, a good value item.

I’m by no means a professional photographer, but I do have quite an extensive set up for the purpose of reviewing products as a Vine Voice – various tripods, mounts, lights etc.This phone mount completes my set up! I had previously been using a normal extendable phone holder which was cumbersome to use. With this holder, I can just place the phone and shoot, then pull off when I’m done.The magnet on this is magsafe friendly and holds my iPhone 14 Pro nice and strongly with thin rubber strips covering the magnet to avoid scratching my phone’s case whilst giving extra friction to prevent the phone from rotating easily.It attaches perfectly to my mini tripod via a 1/4″ thread under the cold shoe – just one of many 1/4″ threads which is handy for adding extras (lights etc).Very nice stiff joints makes it easier to get prices angles without the phone drooping, particularly if you have extra heavy attachments added, though with the included allen key, you can detach the magsafe portion from the joints if you want to use it on something else such as an arm.It’s a great piece of kit, with great build quality that’s made to last – would recommend for anyone that want’s to make phone photography just that little bit more convenient!
