Five Stars! I had been looking at at other more popular brands and found this on Amazon. Wow! This lock, camera, doorbell does everything very very well. It is easy to install, easy to set up and works fantastic. It is a solid piece of gear and seems like it will last a long time. The motion detector works great, notifies me when a person walks by the door, I can look at it anywhere I have a connection, I can lock/unlock it remotely, the fingerprint unlock works very well, I have it set up for both my wife and I. Very satisfied with this tool.

Would not work with Alexa. Indoor chime would not pair! App could not lock or unlock door etc!!! Failed to work in every aspect. No customer service to be found available. Do NOT buy this product!!!!
