These cords are small but perfect!! A lot of the plugs I have are bulky and they end up covering the other exposed outlets. The design of this cord is perfect. It easily accommodates large plugs without using up the other outlets. Having the usb ports is perfect!! A great value for a great product

I love this travel power strip. What a great purchase. I love its multi purposes. I am trying to get used to a flat plug for the wall. It is sometimes a struggle to unplug it out of an outlet, but I still love it.

Solid reliable customer service
The product worked really well initially but there was a glitch. After I complained, the customer service immediately responded and sent me a new product without any string attached. Products do matter a lot but excellent reliable customer service matters more. I will give them six stars if I could. Besides that, the length of wire is optimal and it fits well in our living room with all functions a family of five would need for charging phones while having the tv on.
