Very pleased with the sound quality but needed a subwoofer.
Ultimately pleased but more detail as to why it was sold as refurbished would’ve been nice. All four units were dented on the top. I realized they wouldn’t be perfect and they seem to work just fine, so I guess that’s the price of not buying new. In general, the system works wonderfully. I found that it was insufficient without the subwoofer so I bought one of those separately, but together, it’s an amazing auditory experience. Didn’t take long to get the app set up and get the speakers connected. The subwoofer was a bit more cantankerous but I got there.

Aesthetically pleasing in comparison to others. Setup really can’t get any easier. In terms of sound, I really doubted the reviews considering the unusual shape but I’m definitely a believer now!The only letdown is no chromecast support. I would suggest purchasing one of the available subwoofers to complete the experience.

One of the speakers had top grill damage – not what I would call being in excellent shape.

If you have ever had Sony earphones you will related to the awesome sound quality.
Sony has the best sound processing out there. The sound while watching movies or even YouTube videos is crystal clear. Even my roommate who is older and loosing his hearing, loves itYes, it is a bit pricey. But it’s easy to set up and not have to touch it again. I will not likely ever by new speakers again.
