Bought a refurbished ps5 and have had no issues. When I thought I had an issue, I contacted the seller and they were able to troubleshoot with me. Great customer service!

Terrible experience â misleading listing and damaged item
The listing showed a PS5 in its original box with a white controller, but what I received was completely different. It came in a plain brown cardboard box with a black controller that doesnât even work â the buttons are completely unresponsive. This is blatant false advertising

Was a little worried about a refurbished model but so far so good , huge jump in graphics and speed make the move if youâve been considered it!

Came Damaged
First of all I waited 3 weeks for delivery only to not be able to even use the ps5. I really think the PS5 was packaged damaged. There was damage to the point that the panels on backside were not flush so even if you wanted to plug cords in it would not fit. Plastic around HDMI & charger port were broken. When I first took ps5 out of box 2 of the cover panels just fell. The pieces to snap them in place were broken and smushed to the point where the ps5 itself had some deep scratches- so you know it was handled very roughly. Also no ps5 controller. I should have paid more attention to the reviews before placing order. Now I have to wait 30 days for a refund.
