Customers say
Customers find the pressure switch works well with TLR-1 on rifles and is easy to set up and mount. The durability receives mixed feedback, with some finding it very strong while others report it breaking on first use. The pressure switch functions as expected, though one customer notes issues with the contacts inside the switch. Installation is straightforward, and while some find it worth the price, others consider it pricey. The connection and attachment receive mixed reviews, with one customer noting the included zip ties are good for securing it, while another mentions the plug is very loose.

Superior functionality and quality tape switch
I love Streetlight lights for the superior quality without the overpriced tag. The craftsmanship is excellent and exhibits the Made/Assembled in USA standard I expect from manufacturers of first responder and military equipment. This tape switch arrived in new condition and new packaging quickly and without problems. It easily plugged into my TLR-1 light which I attached to my rifle on a picatinny rail using the rubber switch ends that hold it securely to the hand guard rail. It is easily moveable/adjustable or secured more permanently with the supplied screws or zip ties included. Once I mount the TLR-1 light where I want it, I then simply plugged in the male end of the switch to the rear portion of the TLR-1 light with the remote door switch assembly (purchased separately). The switch allows the user to easily toggle the light on/off with moderate finger pressure, and if tapped once and held, the strobe function is also available. There is no constant on feature by using the pad, which is a good thing in tactical situations where you don’t want your light to get stuck on. If the need arrises where you want the light to remain on constantly without holding the tape switch constantly, then all you have to do is reach up with your index finger and toggle the lever on the light itself. I am very pleased with the quality and functionality of this switch.

Nice pressure pad
Mounted on a Extar EP9 Carbine with a top picatinny rail. For use with a TLR-2 HL.Came with clips that snapped right onto the picatinny rail. Also came with a stick-on piece if you donât have a rail, and came with screws if you want to screw it in. Also came with small black zip ties in assorted lengths. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is thereâs no pressure option for constant on. You can hold pressure for momentary on, and you can hold twice for strobe function. Thatâs it. If you want constant on, have to rotate the switch on the rear cap of the light, and if you want laser, have to activate it with rear cap switch. So, if there were an option for 4.5 stars, I would choose that. Otherwise, super easy install, looks nice. I can see a little of the pressure pad through my low profile Holosun optic, but no where close to the optic dot.

Outstand product!!!
I recently installed i on my SBR, looks amazing and also works perfectly. Single finger operation and works on light touch. I would suggest unplugging the plunger during storage to avoid bumping it and running out the batteries. That would only really apply if you are storing your weapons in a soft carry case or it will be in a position where it might be brushed up against and the light activated.

Easy to install
This helped turn my TRL-1A into a perfect rifle mounted light. No screws, tape, or zip ties needed. It came with two rubber clips that hold the pressure switch in place on the hand guard.

Paired with a streamlight TLR weapon light and Streamlight switch door this adds versatility and ease of use to your weapon light.
