Itâs honestly been one of the best purchases for our kitchen. Even though itâs labeled âcommercial,â it fits fine on our counter and looks sleek with the stainless steel design.Itâs super easy to useâjust pour the water in the top, add your grounds, and it brews pretty fast. The two glass carafes are a huge plus. We use one for regular and one for decaf, or just keep a backup pot ready during brunch or family gatherings. The warmers do a great job keeping everything hot without making it taste burnt.Cleanup is straightforward, and the machine feels solid and well-built. Great for the office
I needed a new coffee maker for the office. This was a great choice. I love the stainless steel design which is also easy to wipe.down clean. A good polish is not really needed. The coffee comes out perfectly and keeps the second pot hot on top. Easy to understand buttons and same setup as most commercial coffee makers on where to put the water and coffee. Nice thick glass containers and there are filters ready for you use. Fits well for places with not a lot of counter space

Updated-SYBO Replaced unit (What a mess/won’t hold water after 7 months of use)
This coffee machine, while a little slow to make coffee (15 minutes for a full pot) has worked well. That is until this morning, when I added water, it came pouring out the side and bottom of the machine. It will no longer hold any water. What a mess. I bought this machine in September 2024 and make on average one pot a day.Updated: SYBO replaced the unit with a new one. This one is working great so far, still a little slow, but it works properly.

Slower than Molasses
We ordered this coffee maker for an office to replace the Bunn that we had. We wanted a Bunn, but their pricing has doubled in the last few years and I don’t have the budget to spend $500 on a coffee maker for the office. Anyway, I would steer anyone looking at this coffee maker away. It takes over 30 minutes for this coffee maker to brew 1 pot of coffee. It is ridiculously slow!

Quick and hot coffee
Makes a pot of coffee pretty quickly. Just as fast as a Bunn, but you get a larger amount of coffee 12 cups compared to 8 or 10. It’s quiet and we use it at home, but we use it a lot. There is always a fresh pot of coffee on. It would be great for commercial use as well.

No automatic shut off.
I would not buy this unit again. My two main complaints are the lack of automatic shut off and the brew time. Without an automatic timer to turn the burners off it’s very easy to leave it on overnight. This unit takes twice as long as other brewers I’ve used in the past.

I bought this coffee maker for Lions club . We have had several bunn coffee makers. This is the best one we could have bought . It was a great price and does not require the us to preheat it for 20 min as it makes coffee i 2 mins and is always hot
