I only gave it a 4 star because I’m waiting for my Professional to install it with a new Heat Pump. Old unit was 22 years old and started to freeze up to point of no air flow thru AHU.

Know your settings
This is an excellent product. If youΓ’ΒΒre setting it up yourself, there is one setting with a heater that is different on a carrier and a ruud air conditioner. Check that setting carefully. It requires one app to set it up and another app to use it in your home.
