Best Budget CPU cooler!
Clear instructions and fits perfect on my i7-9700k. Stays at a cool temp and it looks perfect in my setup. It has performed very well for the months itâs been in my PC. Highly recommend for the price point.

Low cost, high performance
This is a nice low cost AIO that has lowered my temps about 20c over the stock Wraith cooler. I was able to enable Precision Boost Overdrive without any overheating, it stays around 75c under max load. I am using this with an AMD Ryzen 5 5500. It has controllable RGB but since I put this in my ‘home server’, I’m not really ever looking at it, but it does look kinda cool. It is nice and quiet, I don’t hear it at all. Installation was pretty easy, and it does come with thermal paste, though I used Artic Silver 5.

Performs Well, No flaws, Tubing is Easy to Manage.
Perfect. I have a Ryzen 5 9800X, and I run it fairly hard. Slight overclocking, and in heavy games. Cyberpunk, etc. I’ve never seen it pass 80 C with this cooler. Absolutely perfect. That price is awesome too.It looks fine, and fits perfect. You have to press fairly hard with the mount, at least for my Ryzen 5, but it has been secure and the tubing is great. I love how it comes with removable tube management.I could buy one of these every year and still save value compared to similar AIOs.Will buy from this brand more often.

Huge upgrade over stock heatsink/fan
Replaced the factory AMD wraith cooler on my Ryzen system. The system unsurprisingly runs much cooler now! When stress testing with CPU Burn the stock cooler was hitting over 95°c and the system would overheat. With this cooling system it hits a maximum of 84° on the same stress test and won’t go any higher. Very impressed with the performance of this kit especially considering the low price.The fan it comes with it good quality, but I replaced it with a white fan to match the others.

Pump is a bit noisy, but hard to complain for the cost.
Pros:- Looks great in the case, RGB diffusion is spot on- Keeps i7-12700k 30c idle- Cheapest “name brand” AIOCons:- Cheap Materials- Relatively loud pump- Pre-Installed Hose combs are practically useless (kink the hoses & make it too stiff to fit in any ideal orientation)Overall, I think the Aqua Elite V3 makes a great first AIO, or if you just want to get your feet wet in the world of water cooling. Would purchase again for future budget builds.

Super quiet and efficient
Excellent, excellent excellent, super quiet and cool my CPU like nothing Iâve seen before.My old AOI pump was noisy from the beginning and eventually failed five years later. This one is super quiet and cools down quickly.

Surprisingly Good Cooling at A Fraction The Cost
Having owned this almost a year, it is time to provide my long-term thoughts. I purchased this to cool an AM4 CPU in my homelab, so it has been running almost 24/7 since installation with the included thermal paste.Mounting and installation were straightforward and easy to complete. The LED’s on the fan worked well, as did the fan, however the case I utilized for this build did not have windows, so the LED’s remained off most of the operational life.Temperature performance for this cooler was slightly below (~8c) that of the Lumen S24 cooler I have on my other computer. As the resvoir is half the size I would say that is comparitively an excellent result.On average the CPU idles around 31c, that is with multiple servers and containers running constantly on the machine that constitute about 10-12% CPU consistently.The only negative note I have is that the fan seemingly failed at around the 8 month mark. However, the fan included is a standard 120mm size and was easily replaced. I haven’t noticed any issues since.I would say that dollar for dollar you probably can’t beat this cooler for low intensity use cases. I can’t speak for CPU intensive, long term use, but it seems stable, well built, and provides numbers lower than expected.Oh, and it’s just about as quiet as every other AIO water cooler, so give it a shot (I may have to try some others from Thermalright myself).
