One of the better laptop bags on the market that prioritizes comfort & protection
Tomtoc in general is honestly one of the best laptop protection brands without being too bulky or insanely expensive. This laptop bag is no exception. Iâm a petite girl and needed a good laptop bag worthy of being âbusinessâ to bring to work or libraries to wfh with good protection and I think this is one of those bags that doesnât look or feel too much for me.I chose the 15â-16â size because my MacBook Air 15 is my largest laptop I currently own and needed a laptop bag that can support anything up to that. I can even put in my iPad in as well while carrying my laptop so itâs a good all-in-one solution.The inside is nice and has a very soft almost faux fur inner sleeve for the laptop with enough zippered pockets without being âtooâ much. I can fit notebooks, pens, my mouse, my charger blocks/cables, a clipboard and folders for any documents/papers if neededThe shoulder pad is spacious and spongy and it kinda looks a little big on my but Iâm more into comfort and Iâd rather have this be cushioned and ergonomic for my shoulder and body if Iâm carrying something as large and precious as my MBA.Overall I highly recommend this laptop bag. It might be considered a little wide for some because of the 2 front pockets but I think itâs better to help separate your extras than have them jangling with your laptop if you needed to find things quickly. I like the design of this and itâs plush enough to not worry âtooâ much about a small drop but I of course still highly recommend keeping your laptop in a sleeve of its own, this is mostly for general transportability/mid-protection not the highest protection because it doesnât have a hard shell or corners but itâs a wonderful design with great materials and love the recycled materials itâs made with. And a great pricepoint for this brand for sure.

Terrific laptop bag: lots of space, thoughtful details, high-quality.
This is a genuinely nice bag, very well made. We already have two previous laptop cases purchased from tomtoc (we paid for them ourselves, they were not part of a Vine review process) that are stellar, and this larger case continues that tradition.The pros: The materials are high-quality and the padding is good, including padding for the edges and corners of one’s laptop. The shoulder strap and the carry handle are sturdy and comfortable. We appreciate that the carry handle does not pinch your fingers underneath when carrying it, and that the carry handle is made of a kind of nylon material and NOT the fake plastic-based “vegan leather” stuff that always ends up flaking apart and looking bad as it ages. We can easily fit the laptop’s power adapter and power cable as well as earbuds in the larger side pocket, with room to spare for a mouse if we needed it.The second, smaller exterior side pocket fits a physical notebook (to be clear: the kind you write in with a pen/pencil) or some snacks like cliff bars. There are thoughtful details like a small pocket for holding a couple pens, a clip for attaching keys, and an extra mesh pocket in the main compartment. The main compartment has room for both a laptop and an iPad simultaneously. You might be able to fit two Macbook Airs inside, but probably not two Macbook Pros. Most of us are only carrying around one laptop, though, so this is largely a moot point.There is also a strap on the back that you can slide over the handle of a roller bag at the airport; this is a really helpful detail.Cons: None we can presently think of.Note: Most laptop bags aren’t expected to hold a water bottle â it’s really more of a backpack feature â but if you are thinking that one of its side pockets might do the trick it will not, unless the bottle is very small (child-sized). The exterior pockets are clearly made for peripherals so if you try to put an average-size water bottle in one of the exterior pockets it is likely to tip out (we tried it).

Well-Made and Professional, Just Not the Right Fit for Me
This slim laptop shoulder bag is well designed and definitely professional looking. I liked the lightweight feel, the multiple carrying options, and the fact that it doesnât look bulky. The inner lining is soft and does provide decent protection for a laptop, which is a nice touch.That said, it didnât end up being the right fit for me. The size felt a little restrictive for what I usually carry, and I found myself needing more space and compartments than this one offered. For someone who travels light and mainly just carries a laptop, itâs a good option; it just wasnât quite what I needed so I gave it to my brother.

Outstanding Laptop Bag
Iâm incredibly happy with this laptop bag. Itâs the perfect size if youâre looking for something compact but utilitarian. The inside is very well padded (I feel no need to provide an additional sleeve), and the sections make perfect sense. You can definitely use it with a 16â laptop, but it works great for my 14â MacBook Pro. It fits my wifeâs 13â windows laptop snugly as well. So it supports a great range of sizes without having an excess of room for things to slide around. The Velcro strap does a great job of securing it. There are also plenty of pockets, and they all smush down nicely. The result is that you can keep it as a very lightweight, minimalist satchel holding only your computer, OR you can load it up with chargers, a tablet, notepads, etc. The design is excellent. Ergonomically, itâs also very comfortable. The strap is removable, adjustable, and padded in the right spots.Really, the only downside is the price. Itâs a bit expensive at around $50 (approximate price at time of review). But, Iâd argue that in this case you get what you pay for. Iâd pay the extra $20-30 for this over a budget option any day.

Si elle permet de porter de nombreux accessoires, elle est cependant assez volumineuse et pesante. Bien conçue pour le voyageur partant en réunion loin de chez lui. Sie ist schlicht in Schwarz gehalten, wirkt edel und passt dadurch perfekt zu einem Business-Look, lässt sich aber ebenso gut im Alltag mit Hemd und Jeans oder sogar ganz casual mit T-Shirt und Sporthose tragen. Besonders gefällt mir, dass auch das Logo dezent gehalten ist â kein auffälliges Branding, sondern ein sehr stimmiges Gesamtbild.Praktisch sind die zwei Fronttaschen, die sich ideal für Zubehör wie Ladegeräte, Akkus oder Kabel eignen. Im Hauptfach gibt es auf der einen Seite ein gepolstertes Laptopfach mit zusätzlicher Sicherung, sodass das Gerät nicht verrutscht. Auf der anderen Seite befindet sich ein ReiÃverschlussfach mit Mesh-Einsatz, perfekt für Dinge, die nicht lose herumfliegen sollen. Dazwischen bleibt genügend Platz für Bücher, Notizblöcke oder ein iPad â hier ist man wirklich flexibel.Auch auf der Rückseite hat die Tasche noch einmal ein Fach mit ReiÃverschluss sowie eine praktische Befestigungsmöglichkeit, um sie sicher auf einem Trolley-Koffer zu fixieren â ideal auf Reisen. Der mitgelieferte Schultergurt ist angenehm gepolstert und sorgt für guten Tragekomfort.Verarbeitung und Material wirken hochwertig und durchdacht. Il prodotto arriva confezionato in una busta di plastica: la borsa è costituita da poliestere resistente allâacqua e zip YKK che scorrono in maniera molto precisa.Allâinterno si trova la tracolla imbottita che può essere facilmente montata con dei moschettoni di plastica e metallo; è anche presente una maniglia in un tessuto simil cintura di sicurezza e un passante per il manico del trolley posteriormente.Tra gli scomparti secondari posso segnalare posteriormente una zip nascosta che permette lâaccesso ad una tasca piccola e piatta, per documenti importanti; sul fronte sono presenti due tasche ben visibili: quella più piccola presenta un separatore ed un cordino elastico con moschettone per le chiavi. Quella più grande è un admin panel con una semplice organizzazione per penne o agende.Lo spazio principale presenta su un fianco una tasca in mesh elastico chiusa con zip, un separatore chiuso da un flap in velcro e con interno in microfilma per il computer ed uno spazio centrale capiente abbastanza da accogliere alcuni quaderni o libri.Tomtoc è una marca che sforna numerosi prodotti ben ragionati e con materiali di ottima qualità , supportati da un affidabile sistema di garanzia. Complessivamente mi ritengo molto soddisfatto!

Se ve de bastante buena calidad. Viene con dos bolsillos en el exterior con cremallera, en el interior viene un bolsillo grande con cremallera y otro grande sin cremallera. Mi portátil es de 16â y cabe de sobra. Además viene con asa ajustable para poder llevarlo colgado del hombro.

I own a fully recycled laptop case from a more premium brand (Native Union, which is often sold in Apple stores), and although that feels a little more quality, there’s nothing wrong with the TomToc given the lower price point. Good stitching, YKK zips and a very good attention to detail. I also wanted something that *wasn’t* a known expensive brand bag, as I’d rather not have a ‘steal me’ label on my current laptop!The bag has none of the mistakes that cheaper bags have (not enough padding at the bottom of the laptop area and cheap plastic D-rings that connect the carry straps to the bag being the biggest cheap mistakes I see, but the TomToc does not suffer from either). The laptop area also has a nice non-scratch lining that keeps your laptop scratch/dust free. Metal buckles instead of cheap D-rings so no plastic connections (that always break eventually, as all plastic gets brittle with age).I have this bag for a high-end Acer gaming laptop (Predator Helios 300, 15.6 inch screen, RTXx080 GPU) and the laptop fits perfectly despite being quite a lot thicker and heavier than the normal ThinkPad/Apple/Dell work laptop.I wanted no obvious labels that say ‘I’m carrying a 2-3K laptop so please steal this bag’, and the TomToc only has a small metal ‘T’ brand logo (that is black on a black bag), so that works for me.The power supply for the Acer is a literal brick, and even that fits. Note that this is a recent laptop with a large but low profile power brick – it is exactly one inch high. If your power brick is an older chunkier one (i.e. over an inch and a half in height) you might be better off with a rucksack style bag. I wanted to avoid a rucksack, so all good.So in summary:Good materials given the price, very light yet looks tough and certainly tear resistant, with good zips (which was the point of failure on my last laptop bag!). No cheap plastic points of failure, so looks like it will last, and no labelling that might attract the inquisitive.
