Really Comfortable and Good Quality
So I was pleasantly surprised by these. These are actually really great. The quality is a lot better than I expected for an open ear model. The charge actually lasts forever. I commute and listen to these about maybe an hour everyday and I can usually go almost a whole month without charging the case. I do use an equalizer app on my phone and it enhances the quality greatly. I’ve also used them for a lot of phone calls including an interview and I’ve been told the sound quality is good and everything sounds clear microphone wise.I had over ear headphones but they can hurt my ears over time and being able to wear hats or other hair accessories was difficult. I can’t do in ear earbuds because my ears are different shapes/sizes. I’ve tried different sized tips and to no avail. Some of them also just hurt my inner ear canal. So I wanted something that was open and not in my ear and able for me to hear things around me on my daily commute to work.Because of my small ears, I do use the wings/stabilizers that come with them to keep them in place and they do stay on when I wear a mask on the subway and for work. They usually feel secure once I get the wings in place. It can be difficult to get it to the right placement though, and they do move around. But once in place, they are not going anywhere! I like the ease of the controls although it’s not always the most responsive, sometimes I may have to tap a few times just to get the music to pause. Or if I try tapping twice to skip it just registers it as a pause. But this is the least of my worries in my needs for ear buds.I’m hoping to use these as long as I can. So far I’ve had them a couple months and haven’t had any problems. They’re easy to connect and easy to charge. Great for commuting and traveling anywhere where you want to be aware of your surroundings. I have yet to try them at the gym but they would work well for that I think. I recommend them since they’re inexpensive and you do get some bang for your buck (albeit cheap buck)!
