This electric bike for adults meets my needs perfectly. The all-terrain tires easily handle mixed-road commuting, smoothly rolling over cracked sidewalks, firmly gripping wet manhole covers, and handling the gravel sidewalks that suddenly appear on the construction section. The powerful peak of the motor provides just the right amount of assistance when climbing, which not only relieves leg pressure but also does not appear abrupt. After 8 miles of pure electric mode commuting + 7 miles of assisted mode hard dirt riding, the battery remains at 75%, and the energy efficiency performance is solid. The hydraulic brakes are reliable on both dry and wet roads – there was no slipping during two emergency brakes to avoid sudden obstacles. The most surprising thing is the comfort of the cushion, which makes the 90-minute weekend ride without discomfort. For ebikes that need to take into account both city streets and light electric dirt bike routes, this one is reliable enough in core performance.

I received the bike in perfect condition and much faster than expected. It had a minor issue with one of the pedals, but I was very impressed with how quickly customer support responded and shipped the replacement partâexcellent service!The bike itself performs amazingly well and looks absolutely gorgeous. Really awesome 1st e-bikes, mileage not so much!
Really nice quality ebikes and very easy to put together. I weigh 210 lbs and this bike will easily do 28 mph with me on it. All parts are well made and great attention to detail was used when packaging the bikes. Shipping was fast! I purchased one regular R002 (15ah) and one R002 Plus (25ah). I cannot confirm if the 25ah battery is worth the extra $300 yet, as the regular R002 can go a great distance before having to be recharged. Performance is awesome via all road conditions. Price is pretty good for what you get. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase.Update: The 25ah battery in the R002 Plus gets a max of about 40-45 miles on fairly flat hard ground. I am @ 205 lbs. I assume a lighter person could get 60 miles out of the battery. Definitely will not go 100 miles. I have to remove 1 star for thisâ¦.

Broken before received.
This package got delivered to us today at about 12:20 PM. My husband and I got home from work. He decided to unboxed it and noticed immediately a broken plastic piece. We couldn’t figure out where it came from. We continued to assemble the entire thing which took a couple of hours After it was entirely assembled. We decided we were gonna plug in and charge the E bike not sure we were charging it right we decided maybe we were gonna take off the battery to charge it separately within the house versus in the garage as we gently slit it up from Its secure spot. We heard another plastic piece fall to the floor apparently, the piece we found initially opening the box was one of the latches that held the battery onto the bike after removing the battery for the first time we broke another latch that secure it to the bike After turning it over to look at it we realize there were three latches, totally broken off of the six that should be there I don’t know where that third latch one I don’t know where it is. I don’t know what caused it to break off but now this E bike is supposed to Drive everywhere with only three single slots holding it on.???

Bike is great, seller not responsive
So far the bike is great. I would have given more stars but the seller has not been helpful or responsive to two parts that were damaged during shipping. I requested replacement parts for both pedals and the display mount and they told me to watch the installation video and have a happy life. I am still trying to get in touch with the seller but so far Iâm not getting a response. Hopefully nothing major goes wrong with the bike because I donât have confidence they will provide assistance or uphold the warranty and extra protection plan I purchased.

Nice and sturdy bike
Great ebike to ride on both pavement and gravel. The seat is comfortable for long rides and feels sturdy and smooth all around. The battery lasts pretty long. There was an issue with a couple screws but I reached out to the seller and they rectified the issue to my satisfaction.

Make sure to check all maintenance.
Get this bike checked out when you receive it. The derailer has to be put on correctly and you should have a torque wrench handy. The gaurd that came with the bike was not welded and separated initially. Wrote to the seller and they did send a welded gaurd.The bike came with low oil in front brake which showed an error code. Nice enough e- bike and would suggest unless you are knowledgeable about e- bikes its worth a service by a reputable e- bike outlet to fix any initial problems.
