Cannot register the product.
I just downloaded this software and tried to run it. It asks for Name, Email, Organization, and license key. I put my name, email, and license key. For organization, I put NA because it is for personal use. It says the license key appears to be valid. But it also says “The server couldn’t recognize the registration data. Please contact support.”Update: I sent email to support@imsidesign.com ; so far no response. I tried Amazon chat to get help but after uninstalling and installing and about 1/2 hour on chat, it still doesn’t work. If I don’t get a response from the company by tomorrow, I will ask for a refund.2nd update: I received an email from TurboCAD customer support that asked me to send a copy of the Amazon Receipt and the license key. After I sent that by email, they reset the key which allowed me to activate the software.I am having some trouble with it, for example, menu items to “create block” and “create group” are grayed out. This is basic functionality that I have used on other CAD software but I can’t seem to use it on TurboCAD (I’m waiting to hear back from customer support on this issue.)

Turbocad electronically delivered is no good
I received the program electronically with an activation key. For three weeks I have not been able to get it to load. .There is no phone no. To contact the company for assistance. Amazon says they have sent emails for the company to contact me but have gotten no response. I still am without the useable program. Has been a waste of money.

Fixed activation. Good program.
It took a while, but they fixed the activation problem. I’ve used TurboCAD over the years and liked it. Some say it has a steep learning, but most all cadd programs have a steep learning curve.

Worthless product
This product is absolutely worthless. It will not download comes up as corrupt file would not even let me enter the code that most have issues with. have tried several things even our IT manager at work said it was a corrupted file. No help from Amazon. Reached out to developer and no reply. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling.

Registration process do not work.
I downloaded this software and i run it. When i put the license key, It says the license key appears to be valid. But when i click Activate, it also says “The server couldn’t recognize the registration data. Please contact support.” And the software do not let me do anything else.

License key disabled upon receipt of my software purchase
The license key I received with the order was disabled when I tried to register it. I attempted to get help through an Amazon chat room but haven’t received a response. To date, I have program that I can’t use and no idea how to get it fully installed. A waste of time and money at this point.
