My wife uses this for a desk mount at work. The item is quite heavy (good thing) and is manufactured very well. No sharp edges and the magnet to hold the phone is ULTRA soft so it wont scratch the phone/case. The arm holds its shape well too. It folds down pretty nice too. Definitely my fav non charging deskstand with magsafe.
