Q: Why can’t my holder stick to some surfaces?
A: Since this holder operates on the vacuum suction principle, we recommend applying the provided pad to non-smooth surfaces(dashboard etc.) first.
Q: Why does my holder fall off ?
A: When installing, ensure you rotate the base clockwise to the tightest position. If the base is not to the leftmost before installation, first rotate it to the far left, then tighten it clockwise.
Q: Why is the magnet’s strength so weak?
A: Phones without case, stick the metal ring on the back of phone; Phones with case, stick the metal ring on the back of phone case.

*update! Ty to the seller for reaching out! They wound up replacing this one with another version of the same type, that is actually able to stick to my dash! And it works just as Iâd hoped! 5 stars for this product, the replacement and the customer service. Thank you!!So I really like this mount, but, I really wanted it on my dash. The adhesive didnât even come close to sticking. I cleaned it like I was supposed to, but it just wasnât strong enough. It is actually very thin. The dash didnât have any texture so I was hopeful, but alas. It did work well on the windshield, but aside from really not wanting my phone in the sun the way it was, it also made it harder to read the screen and directions. I wasnât able to use the phone upright like I wanted, and had to put it sideways due to the space between the glass and the dash – which also caused the words to get smaller. Using the windshield also caused it to be much further away. It held my iPhone 12pro max without any issues. Debating on returning as it did work, but definitely not what I was hoping for, function wise. Makes it a bit pricey given Iâd have to invest more money into a better adhesive. If it actually attached to the dash, Iâd probably love it!

This works! It doesnât stick to my dashboard, however it sticks to more sleek shiny spots in my truck other than the windows and windshield. The suction works great. I use this for real estate videos because it can stick almost anywhere. The only complaint is if Iâm driving, and recording itâs not as sturdy like it vibrates. But that could be my truck who knows! Another waste of time and money.
Regardless of what the manufacturer says, the sticky pad to use on leather/textured surfaces does not work. Within 2 days the sticky pad was peeling off my dash, within 14 days, it came off. Nice concept, but a complete waste of money if you have a textured dash and live where it gets hot.

Great quality
This mount looks and feels high quality. Itâs sturdy, well-built, and the suction is super strong. The magnet holds the phone firmly, it doesnât slip at all, which gives us peace of mind. My boyfriend doesnât use a phone case and with the last mount, his phone kept falling. But with this one, it stays in place perfectly. Weâre both really happy with it!

I’ve tried out a couple of phone holders but none have worked quite like this one. This works like a charm with a very strong sunction capacity.
