Great value for average size heads
These headphones work wonderfully. They are fairly comfortable but would not reach an appropriate size if you have a large head. They are stretched to capacity on mine. I wear a 7 3/8 hat size for reference. They replaced a much more expensive pair of headphones I grew frustrated with. Couldnât be happier with these.

Not worth it
Worked good for the first week of use. Then started hearing a bit of static, but I thought it was the customer’s side or the app I was using. Then I had a teams meeting and realized I get it all the time. Whatever, I can deal with that. Then I started getting complaints about not being able to hear me well, so I would adjust the microphone until it was just right. And then Everytime I took them off or moved them for any reason, I’d have to readjust for the next call. I could still deal with that. However, after two months of use, they are no longer usable. I went to lunch and came back, tried to take a call and realized my mute button wouldn’t turn off. It’s now permanently stuck on. No warning, no issues with the mute button previously. Tried unplugging, plugging back in, tried restarting my computer because I thought that might fix it. Nothing i did has worked. After a few days of tinkering and using a spare pair for work, decided to buy a new pair. Someone recommended Logitech to me, so I’ll be getting those soon for replacement.

Good sound and comfortable
Works well with good sound quality. The padding on the earpieces is comfortable. The microphone seems to do a good job of picking up my voice and not sounds coming from other directions – I’ve had garbage trucks and construction noise outside while I was in work meetings, and when I apologized for the noise nobody knew what I was talking about!I’ve had this headset for about a year now and it still looks and functions like new.

Spend more and get better quality. Good enough at this price. Value your time vs support calls
Update: 3 hours later and many reboots and software support it works well enough. If you want best quality get the Sennheisers. Cost way more but way better. Think about value of lost time and stress.The sound is abysmal, the playback is fine but recordings come out muffled and very poor quality. All settings were checked and correct – DVD quality and when compared with a Sennheiser headset it became clear that the headset is the problem not the settings. Holding the microphone closer to the mouth helps but is ridiculous to say the least. Cannot return it as am abroad.
