Good value, works with Google and Alexa. Setup not intuitive, but works well.
I had purchased 1 of these a while ago, but wanted 2 more and I went back to this model for a reason. The setup is easy once you know what you are getting into. You can label each power port as needed. The power ports are far enough away from the other one so that normal power supplies can sit side-by-side without it being a huge device. You can turn off each power port individually. It requires the 2GHz band of your network. The only 2 downsides (and it isn’t a big downside) is that you can only turn off/on the USB ports as a block, rather than like the power ports. and I wish that they had printed the directions – as to how to set it up – on the back. Putting it into pairing mode is counter-intuitive. It is lightweight. It works with Alexa and Google Assistant.

Excellent Device, Easy to Pair Once You Figure Out How — WiFi Model, No Hub Required
This really is an excellent device. It has a lot of functionality and a reasonable power handling capability of 10 Amps — 1200 Watts at 120V for all outlets combined. It has four individually switched 120V grounded outlets and four USB power outlets. These can be enabled manually by pressing the power button like a normal power strip. Remotely, via WiFi, you can power everything on and off at once, like a press of the power button, or you can turn on or off each individual outlet and/or the bank of USB outlets. You can’t individually control the USB outlets. You can also set up schedules for each of the WiFi switched outlets and/or USB bank of outlets.This device uses the Smart Life App, which I judge to be excellent in virtually all regards. This App is compatible with all manor of electronic control devices, as well as heaters, AC units, air purifiers, security sensors, on and on. It is also extremely intuitive, has great graphics and is very easy to use. Devices are also very easy to set up using this App.Now, I am pretty familiar with these types of devices. But, many are not. You need a good set of purpose written instructions specific for this device. That is not what you get. You receive the all too common little fan-fold “manual” that is about 2 inches tall by 1-1/2″ wide written in one point type. It even has microfilm sized photos which the writing within is beyond the resolving power of their printer, so it is just a blur with a magnifying glass. The instructions are also generic giving you four different methods of activating the device with the app, all for differnet devices. But, nowhere does it mention which device you may have. Thus, is has no information at all on the physical operation of the device. I started by reading other reviews, looking for clues. After much research I determined that this is the WiFi version, indicated by the WiFi sticker on the top right of the box, and no hub is required, though I think you could use it with one if you have it. I have a hub. But, it’s not here where I am. So, I could use it either way. But, WiFi direct is much better.So, to pair this you have to first install the Smart Life App, if you do not have it, and register. Then, plug the device in. When plugged in the blue ring light around the power button illuminates. There is no “reset button”. That is one of the mysteries that should be mentioned in the manual. You have to hold the already blue lighted power button for a rather long time. If not held long enough it will display a red light and switch all outlets on. Simply monentarily pushing it will do the same. Again, nothing in the manual on operation. But, if held maybe 5 – 10 seconds the device will click, and the blue light will begin flashing. It’s in the pairing mode. Press the plus (+) button in the top right of the app. I had bluetooth enabled. But, I am not sure (no instructions) whether or not that is required. The words Power Strip appeared on the screen with no photo. Touch that. It will ask you to select your WiFi network (2.4 Ghz only) and enter your WiFi password. The App will tell you it is setting up the device, which took seconds. Select the device from your home screen and you are in. The graphics and functionality of the App are very outstandable and intuitive.So, the device itself gets five stars. Great design, good quality and excellent functionality. But, the “user manual” they included is totally unacceptable. Because you are buying a device, not a manual, as well as this practice seem so standardized these days they think it is ok, and I told you here how to configure it, I am only going to drop a star. If the manufacturer reads this I hope they will think about including quality manuals in their packages. It will cost them pennies more and save many unneceessary and expensive returns.

I bought this power strip for my plant grow lights and fan. I love it because I can set times for when each light should turn on and off using the app on my phone. It’s incredibly easy to use. I highly recommend it! I bought a smaller version of this power strip for a second area I have grow lights after buying this one and it works just as well.

Pretty interesting and reliable programmable 4-outlet plus 4-usb ports to manage your devices
I have few of these as of now and am pretty happy with them. They are pretty complex to configure though.
