Great mid-sized e-bike! New favorite activity for us!
I bought this because it was a 24” frame and my daughter is a 9 yr old with a height of 4’9. I wanted pedal assist levels because we have some decent hills in our neighborhood that need assistance to get up.She was scared of the assist at first but I got her to turn it off and start pedaling up to a normal speed then hit the + button for level one assist and try pedaling a little then coast. She did it and got used to it in about 10 minutes and now asks if we can use “High” a lot.She likes to bomb the hill and I follow her with my speedometer equipped bike. She almost always gets about 22 MPH and can keep that up even after the hill! It might help that she only weighs in at 75 pounds but the 350W motor should be fine for her for years to come. The seat is almost all the way down and the handlebars are adjustable height which is a great feature!We made a deal that we wouldn’t “ride without pedaling” because it’s not transportation for us as much as it is family exercise.We average 35-45 minutes and 6-7 miles on our nightly rides and after 5 nights it still had 25% or more battery life.This bike arrived with some shopping damage which is beyond the seller’s control but they quickly made it right by sending the replacement parts and a small refund for our trouble of doing the work!A+ customer service from the seller in my opinion!Pros:- The disc brakes are great and stop quickly- The motor has plenty of power to assist pedaling- Top speed averages 20-22 MPH- Battery life is at least 40 miles with 80 pound rider- Battery charge indicator on battery pack and also bike controls. You could have a spare battery charging while you ride and know the level by pressing one button on the battery.- Very adjustable seat height- Very adjustable Handlebar height- Easy to assemble- Quiet drive system (tires are louder than motor)- 3 assist levelsCons:- No threaded inserts for water bottle cage(Had to use handlebar clamp style)- Fender mounting is pretty flimsy but works- No tail light (manufacturer could add one for like $5 for a red LED to increase safety)- Small bell included instead of a horn buttonOverall very good for what we need and a smaller adult would have great results with this 24” VARUN 350Watt e-bike. It’s great to know that the seller is willing to make things right and is responsive to customer service issues.Longevity updates to follow!

Bike works good tires not Easy to work on after deflating for Maintance.
The bike is easy to Assemble but had to add some Linters to prevent the flats I’ve bought which became a problem to put the tires back together this is why I giving it 4 stars. The tires when Deflated grow in size making it hard to put back on the rims, found this out after trying to put the anti-flat liners in the tires. Otherwise good bike

High cost performance, suitable for beginners
This is my first time buying this kind of electric bike. As a novice, it only took me 30 minutes to assemble it (with a full set of tools). When I encountered questions I didn’t understand, the customer service answered them very quickly. The bike is also very light. I, a 110-pound girl, can move the bike with one hand! The frame is light but can bear 300 pounds without any pressure. I rode on a dirt road with 20 pounds of camping equipment, and the suspension and shock absorption effect was much better than expected.

1 year later – Good quality, power, great purchase for the money
1 year into the bike and it is working awesome for my 10 year old. Assembly wasn’t too hard and took about one hour. The bike works well and it more than enough electric motor for my 10 year old (90 lbs). If you are a full adult (200 lbs) it does not have enough motor power to take you up steep hills – you have to pedal. My 10 year is light enough he doesn’t pedal on the same hills.For the price, the quality of the bike, its construction and parts are quite good. Happy with the purchase.It shipped fast from a California based warehouse via Fedex ground.
