best pool speakers for the price
I have this for my pool speakers better than running some external or phone speaker. the best part that it auto shut off when not in used, so if you forget to turn it off, your good. the battery runs for hours, it hasn’t shut off at all but it is summer season with these heatwaves. the sound quality is pretty solid, the build quality is good and looks like a rock so win- win. it was easy to setup, Bluetooth and connect.basically, you never have to touch it except to press the on button to connect.always fully charge cause it charges itself due to the solarlooks like rock so no one knows is a speaker, I mean its obvious but blends in with my rocks, doesn’t feel out of place. is what I mean.

**Update**The replacement speaker came in today. I synced it with the other one and OMG!!! They are fantastic!!!! The other speaker was just defective. Having two functioning speakers makes our backyard into party central! Couldnât be happier!I ordered a set of these. One is crisp, clear, and fairly loud. The other I have returned for a replacement. It sounded terrible, low volume, low quality, crackly sounding. Had I not bought 2 and saw what they were supposed to sound like, I would have asked for a refund. Instead, I asked for them to replace the defective one. Iâm hoping it arrives with the same level of quality as the first one.I really wish they were a touch louder. They are good, but squeezing a few more watts in would have made them great.Technically, they are easy to set up and use. They connect to one another seamlessly and weâre ready to go in under 5 minutes. I let them charge initially until they were fully charged before I tried to use them.Aesthetically, they look nice. I ordered the stone color and it works for us. Obviously it doesnât look exactly like a rock, but if placed in an environment around other rocks I feel it wouldnât look too out of place.In retrospect, Iâm pleased with the one (crossing my fingers on the replacement) but wish they were just a touch louder for that âpartyâ feel. That being said, 2 fully working units may make all the difference in the world!

Great outdoor speakers!
These work perfectly around our pool! Bought two and they paired up right away and quality is fantastic.Two good thunderstorms and no issues the next day. Love that these are solar powered and we donât have to take them in to recharge at all.

Big sound, decent design, great bluetooth range
DesignFirst, the speaker was bigger than I thought. Granted I didnât read the specs, but when itâs on your patio itâs less of a rock and more of a small boulder, which might lead people to wonder what a small boulder is doing on your patio. However, the size contributes to a bigger sound, which is the tradeoff.The ârock camouflageâ is passable, but itâs kind of obvious that itâs not a rock. In other words, is it that much better than just a grey box? Not really. But it isnât an eyesore, just looks a little weird.SoundThe sound is definitely the highlight. While itâs obviously not the best speaker in the world (ie, not great bass), it is LOUD and really fills a space. If you had two, youâd really be in business. I tested with with Jack White No Name album and was waiting for my neighbors to start complaining.Certainly itâs an advantage that you can just leave it outside and not worry about it, and will self charge via solar panels (I didnât get a chance to really test that.) In short, I would recommend these to a homeowner with an enough property that you wonât bug the neighbors; if you live in an apartment or city environment you might consider a smaller speaker.I will also add this speaker has great bluetooth range. I was hundred of feet away from it, and it was still reading my phone/spotify. This is a huge plus for entertaining when we are running around after kids, grabbing stuff etc.

Great backyard sound without the hassle of wires!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Weâve been using the Victrola Rock Speaker Connect in our backyard along with four other units, and the setup has been amazing. What I love most is how they all sync togetherâno need for one huge speaker blasting sound in one direction. The audio quality is surprisingly rich, and the coverage is perfect for outdoor gatherings or just relaxing outside.It can be a little tricky to connect everything at first, but once itâs set up, it works so much better than dealing with wires and a bulky receiver. Overall, itâs a fantastic product that blends great sound with convenience. Highly recommend!

Waste of time and money.
Bought two speakers and itâs been a nightmare trying to make them usable as a pair individually the seem to connect well to bluetooth. Try and use them together and only one puts out full sound. The other is muffled. Can sometimes get them to work (after rebooting and reset g phone and speakers) but soon lose the other speaker. It always the host. If I switch to use the other speaker as a host the it does it. On top of that the sound quality is ok. Definitely not worth it. I made the mistake of thing the boxes away so I canât even return them. What a waste of my time and money

Very happy with this speaker. I have no complains, just got one to try it out but definitely getting another one. They are very loud for the size so I guess when you link two will be a party. The solar option definitely is convenient for outdoor use.

Bought 2 of these speakers for our pool area. They both work well independently but when pairing them together, the sound on the main speaker is too low compared to the paired speaker. Not sure how to fix this but will be investigating.
