Great monitor
I got a new mini-PC that had the capability to mount to VESA attach points on a monitor. Many monitors have VESA attach points that can’t be used if you have the regular stand attached, but not this one. I was able to mount the mini-PC on simply and end up with a ‘sort of’ All-in-One type computer/monitor unit. The speakers in the monitor are nearly useless – you will want a sound bar or other external speaker arrangement.The picture quality is outstanding. ViewSonic has been doing good monitors for decades, and it shows in this unit. It’s very enjoyable to use this PC/monitor arrangement.

review from a 45 yr old linux guy lol
This is the first monitor that I have not even looked at the color settings. Its already perfect! Using it for 95% work and hopefully as much as 5% gaming. 2k monitors is really the sweet spot! Works with Kali Linux + Gnome and also Windows 11. This is first review in a long time, so do yourself a favor and stop researching. You won’t be disappointed. Oh the speakers are trash, trash! lol. I guess they put the money in the display and refresh rate. That’s fine with me for the price. I’ve locked mine at 120Hz since higher uses more electricity, and also it’s not good to run anything at max. It does 120Hz easily. Im 40+ and this has been heaven sent for my eyes.

FANTASTIC 3440×1440 FLAT Ultrawide Monitor
I’m not sure why the low reviews; I absolutely love this monitor. I use it primarily for work/productivity/surfing/streaming; I haven’t gamed on it yet (though it does have a 165Hz refresh rate). I’m a software developer who needs lots of screen real estate for multiple tabs/editors; I also wanted a FLAT ultrawide (the curved ultrawides, which are far more prevalent, mess with my eyes and aren’t the best imho for productivity/coding). This monitor is fantastic; crisp display, relatively easy-to-use controls. My only minor complaint is the stand – and this is 100% a personal gripe – while it is very high quality & has all the adjustments, including height – the actual abase of the stand takes up a lot of desk space; it’s not horrible, but I prefer rectangular bases – this one has those wide ‘gaming monitor’ feet. In any case, LOVE this monitor!

Sent me the wrong product & misaligned screw
Either the product listing is wrong or they sent me the wrong product: I got a 1440p monitor instead of a 1280p. I wouldâve returned it but I had already bought a different monitor before this that I returned and didnât want to go through the hassle of returning one again. The area where the stand and monitor connect require a screw but they are misaligned so the screw doesnât fit. Otherwise, great monitor so far; picture quality is great; colors are vibrant but not too saturated; works well; and good value for the price. The speakers are a bit quiet for my liking but itâs still adequate. However my PC (RTX 2060 & AMD 3300X) lags a lot because itâs 1440p. Upgrading to a new PC soon so itâs not a big deal anyway.

Can’t say enough good things.
I got this right after i got their higher quality 32″ monitor, but aside from the higher resolution and the metal frame of the other, I prefer this one in EVERY way! Its less of a strain on my GPU, its color feels better to my eyes, its lighter, and so less strain on the wall mount, and on the adjustments that hold it level and at the right height, the resolution is great, 2k is perfect IMHO. It’s just a phenomenal display. Only thing I’d improve is the speakers. They are definitely lacking, but do the job if you don’t expect high quality. Oh yeah, the curved screen is very nice on the eyes.

La pantalla no está mal.Los altavoces integrados son flojos, no esperes que se oiga como una tele.La calidad es buena pero tiene algo de ghosting, se nota al mover el cursor.No la he probado con shooters pero en el resto de juegos no tiene importancia relevante al menos a mà vista.Para trabajar está muy bien, el espacio que tiene da mucho juego a la hora de organizar ventanas.No conocÃa la marca y me arriesgué y de momento estoy contento.Hasta se ha llevado dos golpes con una pieza de metal y no ha quedado ni una marca.
