LOVE IT!!!!!
I purchased this bike March 11th of 2022 and received it March 21st.(Just to give you an idea of how long it will take) This is my first e-bike so I have nothing to really compare it to. I rode it quite a few times as well as my husband and we absolutely LOVE LOVE this bike. I did assemble it myself wasn’t that bad, but it didn’t really come with precise directions and the video wasn’t really much help since the bike in the video was a little different. I did add a few things like the rack, water bottle holder, seat and pouch you see in the picture. I have gotten up to 30 mph on it and was pleasantly surprised considering my size. I’m 5ft 5 and weigh a little over the limit for the bike and it still rode nicely. My husband is 6ft 5 and weight close to 300lbs. (Just in case anyone is wondering if it will hold up) I have even had my daughter ride with me on the back and she is about 60 lbs and it still held up great and I was still able to get up to 30 mph. I have rode through water and mud and although I got messed up man it was fun lol. I do love the pedal assist for the long bike rides and even though I use it often I still was able to lose some weight. The battery takes about 2 hours to charge maybe 3 or 4 if completely out. At least that’s what I seen for my battery I could be off, but I believe it was 2 to 3 hrs. We are definitely getting another one for my husband. This bike I feel is a great bike for a first time e-bike buyer and it was reasonably priced for about 1,038. (May have went up in price since then) I must tell you that I did try to see if I could order an extra battery, but couldn’t. The company doesn’t have that option available unfortunately. In all this is a great purchase. I hope this review helped someone. 🙏

Fenders that come with bike and display
Seems like a very well-built bike so far since we purchased this for our 16-year-old daughter. Easy to assemble, well packaged to protect the bike during shipping. I did put a bigger seat on it from her old bike since it’s more comfortable than original seat that comes with bike.Two things that could be improved on are, the fenders that come with bike are nice the front fender should hold up well if you don’t take a major spill.The back fender lasted maybe an hour on the bike before she broke the bracket. The bracket itself isn’t too bad but does not hold up in cold weather at 38 degrees here in Michigan it snapped like a toothpick! We have purchased these fenders for our sons e-bike and same thing happened as they kick their leg over to get on the bike the slightest brush in cold weather snaps the rear fender off!I ended up fabricating a metal mount to use with the rear fender and we will see how long that will last.Next is the “Key-Disp” which is your display on left side of handlebar. Very little to poor instructions in the owner’s manual that comes with bike. So, you have to go on YouTube and watch video if you want to change it from km/h to mph and there are several other settings that you can change that the manual never mentions.I don’t know if Amazon will allow links so if you need to adjust your settings go to YouTube in search bar type in “key-disp” and there you will find video walk throughs on how to change each setting.Word of caution if you live in snowy icy areas, you will not be able to ride in the winter as they claim maybe on snow packed groomed trails but in deep snow/ icy roads you’re not going to make it or take a major spill our son experienced this firsthand last year during the winter on his fat tire e-bike.

Very impressive for the price
The package came in good shape and was very well protected with like a hundred zipties and foam; professional job there. Putting the bike together was fairly straightforward assembling the seat was the trickiest part. I was very suprised with how powerful the 500 Watt motor is. Easily goes 20-25mph in not much time in the highest setting. Plenty of power for me. The gears and shocks fork well and make for a comfortable ride. The petal assist works well but I prefer just using the throttle. I was a little worried the frame would be to small for me but I am 6 feet and it feels fine. My wife at 5.7 and is also comfortable on it. I may have to get one for her too. The light, horn, bell, fenders tool kit, kickstand are all welcomed extras. Not sure why people pay thousands for a ebike this one does everything I would want it to at a great price.
