Honest review from a 300+lbs guy
I bought this since it had a weight rating above 300lbs. For the price I got scared after ordering and reading reviews. If youâre looking for an electric motorcycle, this isnât it. You will have to pedal. I live in a very hilly town and live several miles away from my job. Iâve had the bike for about a week now and put on close to 100 miles. It is so convenient to ride. I get about 10-20 miles on the battery depending on my riding and the hills. It has power to get up and go. On a flat road, this bike can easily hit 20mph. The fastest I had this was coming downhill and I was at 38mph. Itâs a very decent bike for the price and Iâm happy with the purchase. I will say that purchasing mirrors and a rear light is helpful. Oh, as a big guy, the seat is not super comfortable, I would recommend getting a bigger seat, trust me, itâll make riding much more enjoyable. Itâs no bigger than my other bike I have. The tires do seem to be cheap but once they wear down Iâm sure the local bike shop can change them to a much better tire for me. Overall, you wonât go wrong with this bike.

My son is 15 he loves it and so do. This bike seems to be amazing! He wears his new helmet and does all safety riding well for uneven school road and trails also. This bike is the perfect size for me and my Son.

Just what you needed!
This was an anniversary present for my 70 year old husband, and he loves it! My husband likes to stay active, so he rides his regular bike a few times a week, however, he is slowing down. When a friend purchased his e-bike, my husband and I talked about this being just what he needed. The price was excellent, and we purchased assembly to make sure it was done correctly. Assembly took no time at all (this was reviewed earlier), and before you knew it, my husband was off and running! He did have to do a few practice runs to become familiar with the bike. My one complaint is that there should be additional information besides assembly instructions. One of his biking partners had to explain to him things like how the throttle kicks in, and how he should use it. There may be other issues that need explaining, but nothing just now. Bottom-line: my husband is in heaven with his gift, and this was the perfect 50th anniversary present for me to give to him! I would absolutely recommend this bike to anyone interested in an entry level, and inexpensive e-bike.

VIVI Electric bike Battery problem
Received this bike with a defective battery contacted the seller and was given the run around for at least two months! I texted the representative to obtain support and was told he needed a video of what the problem was with the bike. I explained that it would just shut down just after 30 seconds when riding it. The representative just keep telling me he needed more descriptions and videos of what was doing. I attempted to explain that it was difficult to operate the bike and take a video. I sent him everything I could and he still would not send me a battery. Finally after contacting Amazon he informed me a battery was being shipped to me. Amazingly that fixed the problem! That was what I informed the representative was the issue. What a nightmare! I guess at least I finally got a response from the mfg. seller. Good luck with your purchase
