Great Sound + Sleek + Low Cost = Awesome
This is a great soundbar, especially for the price. We have a small room so nowhere to put a subwoofer, but I still wanted a soundbar with decent bass & rumble, for music and movies.This Vizio all-in-one delivered, and then some. The amount of bass is impressive for not having a separate subwoofer. Everything else sounds great too, however the sound out of the box is a bit boomy (at least in my room), so it needed a little calibrating, which was very easy to do with the app remote (bass @ -2 and treble @ +1 sounds perfect and evenly balanced in my room, fixing the âboomyâ profile out of the box). The sound stage is also impressive. I think the built-in sub ports help with thatâ you can clearly hear left/ right channel sound effects way further than the ends of the bar. The DTS Virtual:X simulated surround feature also does an impressive job of simulating surround sound.Other than sounding great, the design is awesome. Itâs wrapped in an expensive looking fabric stretched over the length of the bar, capped by really cool looking sub ports on the ends.Overall, for $140 (or even more), I think this sound bar would be very hard to beat. It sounds great for movies and music (especially after tweaking), and the design is unique and expensive looking. Iâm very happy with it and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an all-in-one bar with good sound fidelity and decent bass, and a sleek design.IMPORTANT! – if it sounds too quiet during quiet scenes and too loud during loud scenes, turn on TRUvolume. It levels out the highs and the lows. I like this off during movies though because there SHOULD be highs and lows. Also, DOES NOT INCLUDE PHYSICAL REMOTE, but itâs HDMI CEC, so the TV remote controls the soundbar, and the app remote is very intuitive.

Great Vizio Sound Bar
For the price it’s a good Soundbar however it does not come with a remote so you may want to buy a $10 Vizio remote. Also you can control it through an app that you have to download on your phone which is not bad. The audio is really good we are mainly using it in our master bedroom. The fact that it is an all-in-one definitely saves up space and I don’t have to have the subwoofer next to our bed on the opposite side of the TV. Hook up was a breeze power it on put the cable in the e-arc HDMI ports and that’s it.

Decent but Design Issue
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s a decent unit for the price. The sound is, as I say, decent. There is a very bad design feature that requires attention. The Bluetooth connection disconnects if the computer is idle or if there is no sound for a VERY short period of time. This isn’t a huge problem if the unit is on your desk right in front of you. However, if you want the unit somewhere else in the room to take advantage of it’s capabilities, it’s a real hassle to get up each time if disconnects. I probably would have returned this if I hadn’t already returned a number of speakers.Â

Glitchy audio with my Samsung TV and not impressed
I really wanted to like this soundbar, but it just never worked right. The audio quality was decent when it worked, but I constantly ran into frustrating issues with my somewhat older Samsung TV (seems to a known issue)- Audio settings would randomly reset or glitch- Sometimes no Dolby Digital, even when everything was set correctly- Virtual:X toggle acted like a mystery box- No volume number display – just a vague icon- Mute button? Had to press it multiple times and it still didn’t always workEven worse, every time I powered on my system, I had to flip the breaker to reset my Fire TV, TV and this sound bar to get things working again. It felt like I was troubleshooting more than watching anything.I finally returned it and reconnected everything to my old Denon receiver. Now everything just works. I get true surround sound, instant mute, proper volume control, and Dolby/DTS displays that actually reflect whatâs playing.Maybe this soundbar works in simpler setups, but for me?Not impressed.

Good
Nice soundbar. Sound is good, granted it could be better but for the price, itâs not bad at all. No problem setting up, hooked up the ARC cable and thatâs it. I had bought a better Vizio soundbar but it was one inch too long. I have a designated box for it to go in in my RV. This was a perfect fit. Already had the Vizio app, just added it to my devices. Turn on bluetooth and fine tuned the sound to my liking. Overall pleased.

Good sound. Keeps disconnecting from app
Overall the soundbar is great for the price. I have two other Vizio surround sound systems and wanted a smaller one for the bedroom. The only issue I have is that it keeps disconnecting from the app. It’s driving me nuts! I keep having to repair the soundbar to the app for some reason. That’s the only reason I dropped stars.

Surprisingly good
Good all in one soundbar. Bass is impressive considering there is no external subwoofer. Great improvement over the TV sound. For the price, I have no complaints. Highly recommended.
