Powerful and clear speaker
I am finally getting around to doing a review on this speaker. I have owned this speaker for 3 years now and I have used it for so many things from a sweet 16 birthday party to doing movie night and playing movie audio through the speaker. I am blown away every time I use this speaker because the audio is clear and powerful! This device does a very good job with the highs mids and even the lows and even when I was doing a movie night, I had a laptop playing a movie and connected to the speaker and during the cinematic swell of the music at level 80 volume on the laptop, the speaker handled it with ease. I was in the next room and it sounded like a movie theater and I could even feel the bass through the walls and floor. I would love to have 2 of them if I was able to daisy chain the speakers together to have multiple speakers playing the same audio but truly 1 gets the job done extremely well. If you are thinking about buying one, I would say that you shouldn’t wait any longer because it’s well worth it!!!

Recommend this for indoors and outdoors
I love it. I purchased it for my man’s LG tv because he loves his music loud. I am using it out back, I usually use a Bose box. This has quality and really amazing base. This may not seem like a big deal, but when I text or someone calls, the music still plays! Usually I have to disconnect my Bose or the conversation goes through the speakers. UPDATE: We ordered a second and they pair easily!

Great for the price
Got this because i wanted it instead of the 2 speaker model I originally got without the 2 tweeters. It gets very loud, and sounds pretty decent. Doesnât distort much at loud volumes. Not too heavy and easy to carry. The lights work alright, nothing special. Definitely plenty loud for a small, or medium size party. This model is on the right in the video.

UPDATED REVIEWAfter posting my original review below – which detailed my initial positive experience with this speaker, subsequent issues with the speaker charging, and difficulty getting into contact with the seller – I have an update to share. The seller reached out to me regarding this review and offered to replace the speaker or provide a full refund. I chose the refund in case the same issue happened again with a new speaker. However, I appreciate the customer service and wanted to update this review. If the speaker had continued to work, I would have given five stars. As mentioned in the original review, I was very happy with the sound quality. This speaker may be worth it, and hopefully most people do not have the issue I had. Nonetheless, I am now more confident in the seller’s customer service and willingness to remedy any issues that arise.ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOWWhen this speaker first arrived, I loved it. The sound quality was excellent, the volume could go very loud, and it seemed sturdy and high quality. Unfortunately, shortly after the return window for the speaker closed, it stopped charging completely. Despite very light (and careful) use, it seemed like the charging cord was sitting very loosely in the charging port. I tried at least 3 different charging cords, including a brand new one I purchased, in addition to the provided cord. None of these worked, so the speaker died and will not turn on.Soon after this happened, I reached out to Amazon. They told me that the return window had closed but that they would look into the product warranty from the seller. Amazon then informed me that the speaker had a one-year manufacturer’s warranty and that I should reach out to them directly at sales01@w-king.com. I did this a week-and-a-half ago, providing details about my purchase, the issue I was having, and the steps I had taken to try to resolve it. I also included my Amazon order information so W-King would have the date of purchase and other relevant information. However, they have not responded to the email. While I understand it could take a couple of days, it is getting close to two weeks. I am getting very concerned that they are not going to reply and that I will have lost all the money on this speaker after less than three months of use. I hope this review may get their attention so they work to resolve the issue. If not, I strongly recommend finding a higher quality speaker. I will update this review if the seller returns my email and fixes this issue.

The more I listen to it the better it sounds!
4.5 stars rounded up to 5…I have had W-Kingâs older model D8 speaker for several months now. I love the D8! It sounds very good, has sufficient bass for my taste, and gets plenty loud for my needs. I like its design and functionality. My only gripe with the D8 is the repeating low battery signal that starts chiming every 90 seconds at 20% battery.I skipped the D9 but am trying out the new T9 party speaker based on my love of the high quality D8.For straight-up value, you canât beat the D8, but the T9 is remarkable! It is a good-looking, hefty speaker. I estimate it is twice as large as the D8. It sits tall with the controls on the top. I prefer to lay it on its side, and it has discreet rubber pads on one side for this.The T9 sounds fantastic! The bass is even improved from the very good bass of the D8. It gets plenty loud for my use and can shake the walls of my bedroom. I really like that this unit has a dial for the volume. It also has a simple, effective, and removable handle, which I appreciate; although it tucks away easily, I donât think Iâll ever remove it. It comes with very nice, braided cords for USB and 3.5 mm auxiliary input. I have to use an aux input when watching videos on Hulu, for instance, with the older D8, due to sound latency, but I have not noticed sound latency on the T9.The W-King wizards addressed the low-battery signal! Now only one chime is emitted at 20%, one at 10%, and one before it shuts down. Hallelujah!Iâm not a âpartyâ guy, but the lights are fun , they have several settings, and I can turn them off when I want. I do wish the unit would remember the light setting. Once it is restarted the light setting is back to the original. I would generally prefer no lights, and I need to cycle through 5 presses to turn them off. Another small complaint (and it may be user error/iPhone error) is that my phone will not tell me the T9 battery percentage like it does for my D8. It has no waterproof rating, likely due to the method that enables the awesome-sounding bass, with an open port on the back, so take some precaution. The battery is pretty good, maybe slightly less effective than the D8âs.Great speaker. Awesome functionality. If you pair 2 together, you could rock any party (but thatâs more volume than Iâll ever need). One is more than enough for my uses. I am very pleased with both the W-King speakers I have purchased and I recommend them to all music lovers.

I wanted a speaker for parties and camping.Tried this out in my car with new non blown speakers to compare quality of the audio, how loud it is, and if it has good bass.The car was obviously better, but not by much.I was surprised this speaker was nearly as loud and had the bass to keep up with the cars speakers. It was super clean and nice sounding, no distorting and the bass is perfect.Could use just a tiny more bass, but that doesnât mean this thing has bad bass by any means.It is by far the best bass Iâve seen on a portable speaker, itâs as if a sound bar had way more bass and noise to it.I canât imagine how this thing would sound if you paired it with a second speaker.Itâs heavier with sturdy grippy rubber stands on the bottom. It feels sturdy and I have next to no worries about it falling over on a flat surface.However it does sometimes get a little questionable being vertical on rough terrain, but you can lay it on its side which solves this easily.It has great battery life and a ton of nice little features and stuff. Having reactive lights and being able to turn them is a nice touch.Edit: Bought a second speaker, first one still holds up well and has not had any real issues. I was sceptical about how well the pairing would work, especially being Bluetooth and all.It cleanly synced, you do not hear any sound distortion or delay between speakers, and they immediately pair when you turn them both on.I was pleasantly surprised to find out these speakers are capable of left/right audio. I enjoy this feature more than I thought I would. It makes tv feel like Iâm at a theatre, It sounds like a car is actually driving by and going from my left side to my right. Itâs also nice for video games, it adds to the immersion quite a bit.One nit-picky downside is having to click the light button 5 times per speaker to turn them off every time I turn them on, it gets a little old but itâs whatever.One real downside is that you need to charge them, which can be a little weird if youâre using them as a tv sound system.You also get static when you charge them and use the aux cord to plug it into something. You also get static when you use the aux cord and turn the volume up to max. However: there is absolutely zero static on Bluetooth mode. Like literally none, even when charging or paired.Be electricity safe/smart and use a good charging block for the speaker, DO NOT cheap out and use a sketchy charging block. My charging blocks get real hot when I charge these speakers from low or charge them and use them for a long time.

Nella confezione troviamo oltre alla cassa 1 cavo di ricarica tipo C, 1 cavo AUX da 3,5 mm e un manuale utente. Il design è molto bello e curato, la cassa è delle dimensioni giuste per essere trasportata senza alcun problema, e può essere posizionata indifferentemente sia in posizione orizzontale che verticale. Nella parte superiore abbiamo il pannello di comando dove troviamo 6 tasti che servono per accendere e spegnere la cassa, modificare la sorgente, modificare lâeffetto delle luci led, play, brano successivo e brano precedente, oltre a una rotella molto pratica dedicata al volume. Sotto la rotella abbiamo 4 led, 3 indicano lo stato della batteria e uno indica lo stato del collegamento Bluetooth. Nella parte posteriore abbiamo un pannello per gli ingressi della cassa che comprendono un ingresso AUX, una porta type C per la ricarica, un lettore di schede TF, e una porta USB dalla quale è possibile riprodurre le nostre canzoni nei formati MP3, WAV, APE, FLAC, WMA. Nella parte frontale abbiamo degli anelli di luce che circondano le due casse, che si accendono a ritmo della musica ascoltata, possono essere modificate in 5 modalità diverse. La connessione tramite Bluetooth con i nostri dispositivi è veloce ed intuitiva e possono essere accoppiati fino ad un massimo di 8 dispositivi.Una delle cose che mi piace di più della W-KING è il sistema che loro chiamano TWS, è una tecnologia che consente di associare due altoparlanti tramite Bluetooth creando così un sistema a doppio canale stereo, senza dover utilizzare alcun collegamento fisico tra di loro. Il sistema lâho provato personalmente associando due casse D8 e devo dire che funziona veramente bene.Passiamo alla qualità sonora.Il suono è bilanciato ed equilibrato, non prevale una frequenza rispetta ad un’altra, ma la cosa che stupisce di più e come da una cassa così piccola possa uscire una musica così forte e potente. I bassi sono paurosi, ma non prevalgono mai sugli altri suoni. Poi la cassa ha un foro posteriore che serve per far uscire lâaria prodotta dallo spostamento delle membrane degli altoparlanti, e quindi in base a dove la si posiziona possiamo avere bassi più o meno potenti.Per quanto riguarda lâautonomia della cassa, la casa produttrice dichiara una durata di riproduzione (quindi senza luci led accese) di 24 ore con una carica completa impostando il volume al minimo, in realtà se ne riescono a fare 18 â 20 ore.In conclusione posso dire che questo prodotto è veramente fenomenale e vale tutti i soldi che vengono spesi per lâacquisto, complimenti alla W-KING che fa casse di buon livello ad un buon prezzo e soprattutto facili da utilizzare.
