Worthy of it’s name, big deep bass, louder than 2 JBL Partybox 100’s by quite the margin
With bass reaching down into the 30hz range, just about everything that is being advertised here is on point. I have 2 JBL Partybox 100’s that costed $300 each several years ago. Just those two speakers alone are enough for most people to enjoy full sound and a loud enough level. I never even really take them over 80% volume (plugged in, they are about 10% louder). I used them as a reference vs. the W-King T12. I have a JBL partybox 1000 but that has to be plugged in and is way bigger and costed $1000, so not really comparable.Using the 2 Partybox 100’s (not plugged in) vs. the W-King T12, the T12 dominates in both bass depth, loudness, and overall loudness and it’s not really that close. Impressive. I will say for overall tuning and smoothness, the JBL Partybox’s sound better. They are more musical. But for a party I would pick the T12. It’s mean. I could barely listen to it at max volume inside, it’s just so loud. There are two EQ modes of indoor and outdoor. Indoor has more bass, outdoor boosts the midrange and treble, but reduces bass. For the most part I prefer indoor. I don’t really see why outdoor reduces bass as I never got the impression that the speaker is really that close to distortion. Even on the most difficult test tracks I use, it didn’t distort at max volume on indoor. There is a retractable handle and wheels that is much appreciated as this is a huge speaker. There are a ton of different inputs. There is a 60 watt wall brick included and the speaker charges at 58 watts confirmed from my 60 watt charge cord that shows charge speeds. The volume knob on the speaker is not sync’d with your device, so to get the most out of it I would keep the speakers volume maxed and use your device for ultimate volume control. You don’t want to be close to this speaker at it’s upper volumes adjusting it. Very loud and could hurt your hearing. The light modes are pretty basic and similar to other speakers, nothing special there. There are strobe lights that are on all of the led modes as far as I can tell, and only turn off when all of the lights are off. (in case someone is sensitive to that strobe effect)Overall, definite beast here. Well worth the price from my perspective. It’s not a speaker to listen critically to your favorite music, but for loud party type situations it gets the job DONE. Two of these linked in TWS would be crazy.

    huge sound
This thing is huge! I didn’t have much that is big enough for comparison so I set my guitar on its stand next to it so you can hopefully get an idea! The sound is massive another reviewer mentioned turning the speaker to max then using your phone as the volume and I have to agree, if you stand next to it and try to turn it up you are likely to damage your hearing so be careful! It has a pop up handle and fixed wheels to roll around on smoothly, it also has rubber feet on each side to set it down sideways, as well as a pole mount on the bottom which is a great addition if you already have some pa gear you want to use! It’s not heavy to move around which is great but at the same time it does not feel cheap! The sound is loud but also very clear easy to eq with the trebble/bass knob and it doesn’t distort at least not to about 18 on the volume (out of 30) which is around the most I can handle in my 1200sq ft house. It is not a high end sound system for great soundstage and relaxing on the couch to some soulful music, it just plain fills the space for max loud and party time, exactly like it’s advertised!Great bass, great clear sound, great lights that can be turned off, great portability and I have yet to charge it after about 6 hours of use over two days.Overall big 5/5!

Very good speaker, but one major problem
I have reviewed many Bluetooth speakers over the years, probably more than a hundred. I have purchased many (using my own money) and still have quite a few. (A lot actually) I never mention competition in my reviews. I’m always looking for the best speaker. I listen to music virtually all day, and sometimes all night. I have always said that a speaker should produce “that One True Sound”, or in other words, reproduce music as it sounded when it was made. Very few speakers can do that, and Bluetooth speakers are limited by what they can do. It may not be fair, but I compare Bluetooth speakers to my home system, and none can really come close, but some are better than others. The Good; When I received this speaker, I immediately opened the box, noticed that it was at least ¾ charged, and cranked it up. I was quite disappointed in the sound. It sounded “OK”, but not anywhere near as advertised. To take an excerpt from the Amazon advertisement:370W Peak Ground Shaking Bass Power: W-KING T12 Bluetooth Speaker built to dominate the outdoor speakers. Two 8″ subwoofers deliver thunderous, distortion. Even at full blast, the bass stays tight, clear, and thunderously deep. Double 38mm dome tweeters fire out crystal-clear highs that sparkle. Powerful Loudest speaker enough to flood a full-size tennis court with booming, high-fidelity audio, this beast turns any space into a full-blown concert. Get ready for sound you can feel in your bones(Now I’m sure they did not mean thunderous distortion) Those are some pretty lofty claims. I moved the speaker around to some of my bass traps and just was not impressed. But then…….the next day I took the speaker outside and the MAGIC happened. I rarely listen to loud or very loud music, and this speaker at lower volumes is just OK, or nothing spectacular. But, outside with the volume cranked to “if I leave it here the neighbors will start giving me mean looks” the sound was simply awesome. I have more than a few very expensive Bluetooth large speakers or Boomboxes, and quite a few speakers similar to this one, some even larger. (one has 12″ drivers in it)This speaker is one of the cleanest, crispest speakers I have ever heard, even being a Bluetooth speaker. The vocals are quite sharp and frankly impressive. There is no background noise at all, just pure clean sound. The bass output is spectacular, one of the best I have heard from a mobile Bluetooth speaker.I have to admit that this speaker pretty much lived up to its claims when the volume is cranked up, and I will also admit that that is what this speaker is obviously designed for.I played some of my test songs (for as long as I dared) and just stood there basking in the pure sound reproduction coming from this unit. Truly amazing, and I decided that this was my new outdoor speaker. (I’m glad it has wheels)Everyone listens to music differently, and in my case I like a harsh treble. I cranked the treble and bass both to max and left it there. The design of the speaker is excellent. I appreciate the controls, most of which are lighted. I do have one nitpick however as I would have liked to have seen lighted control knobs. I really appreciate regular knobs by the way for making adjustments. The telescopic handle is great and locks into position both open and closed. The wheels move freely, and the bottom has rubber pads for stability. The replaceable battery is a welcome feature and is easy to get to. I was not to impressed with the 13500mAh capacity of the battery, however. A speaker of this size and performance could certainly use a bit more power, but of course you could just leave it plugged in. (I’ll get back to that)Looking into the bass port it appears that some quality drivers were used.I note that the speaker has lights but not being much of a fan of them I’m glad that they are easy to turn off. However, the light show is pretty good.Although a 135db output is claimed, I did not break out my meter because when I tested the speaker outside it was quite loud at nowhere near full volume. I’m quite convinced this speaker is loud enough. The Bad.The whole time I was testing the speaker I had not charged it, it came with at least 3/4 charge, three bars were showing on what appears to be a four bar graph. The problems came when I went to charge it. When I was unboxing this unit I was quite stunned to see a small USB type charger. I have never seen a speaker of this size, or some smaller, with such a small charger. It did not make sense to me. I will say that this is one of the largest and heaviest single USB-C chargers I have ever seen however, so I assumed that it was built for the job. The USB-C charging cable also appeared to be of premium quality. When I plugged in the charger, I was watching the control panel because I wanted to know if a light came on. For just the briefest ¼ second, I saw a red-light flash. I did not think much of that at the time and went to do something else. I came back in a couple of hours and saw no lights on the control panel. I checked the charger, and it was cool to the touch which I figured meant the speaker had fully charged. When I turned on the speaker however, it still showed the same three bars, and I knew there was a problem. I tested the charger with one of my USB-C meters and it had no output, so I put a small load on it and still no output. I then connected my best USB charger to the speaker that I purchased from Amazon and have been using for years, and the red light flashed for two seconds and went out. I then checked my charger, and the USB-C outputs were nonfunctional. The USB-A slots were unaffected. So my charger was ruined. At this point, I realized that either my charger did not have enough output to satisfy this speaker (I note that another reviewer saw that this speaker draws 58 watts!) or there was an internal problem in this speaker shorting out chargers. So basically, when the charge runs out, I will have a very large dead brick taking up room that sounded great until the battery went dead. Shame. If you watch my video, I went to a lot of trouble to prove that the charger is in fact non-functional, as is my formerly trusty USB charger.I can’t believe they sent out this huge speaker with a USB charger, no matter how powerful it is.I had planned to leave a 4 star review, mainly because even though this speaker sounds great, I don’t feel that it is a $600 speaker. I do note however that they are offering a $250 coupon, which definitely makes this a 5 star item. But only if you can use it for more than one charge.

I have never owned a party speaker before so I wasn’t sure what to expect that this W-King T12 Bluetooth speaker has been impressive from the moment I got it.The size of the speaker is impressively large and the sound quality to my untrained ear is excellent. Deep bass and nice sounding highs and mid-range. The woofers are really big and produce some amazing bass even at low volumes. This speaker is loud or I should say, it can be loud if you want it to be. I have barely pushed the volume up above 15 and it’s plenty loud enough in my home. Should I have a need to set up outside at an event, I have no doubt it will prove capable of providing impressive musical entertainment. The lights that are displayed are really eye catching and add to the whole experience. I do like that you can shuffle through different lighting options or turn them off completely if you like. Some people don’t do well with flashing strobe lights. It only comes with a USB C block and charging cable to charge it. This seems like poor choice to me and I have yet to try them. I do have a separate 60W charger and cable that I used and it worked well so I’m hopeful the provided items will get the job done. I would have preferred a proper cable to plug directly into a wall socket.Overall, I am super impressed with the sound this speaker produces and the build quality seems excellent with a heavy unit and metal grill covering the speakers. I can’t wait to really challenge the limits of the T12.

This is a great speaker nice and loud the delivery is good, the price does seem high but it’s a great speaker so in my opinion it’s worth it, the speaker has wheels so to you can move it easily it’s a heavy speaker
