Awesome company!
I had bought this a couple months ago. I LOVED it. It stopped working like a week ago. I reached out to the company and they were on top of it and treated me very well. I wish alot of companies were like them. I will definitely buy more in the near future. âºï¸ I can’t say enough how awesome they are. They have a separate email to contact them, that’s where I got to talk to them. I sent videos of what was wrong. I couldn’t send long videos, I guess bc of the email. Not sure. Amazing!
After seeing this on tik tok I found it on Amazon and for a great price! Was hesitant on the hype it was given through social media but I gave it a try. It’s simply amazing! My house smells good all day and has eliminated most odors. Super easy to use and clean. Not very big and surprisingly quiet! Not sure how well it purifys the air but I have noticed that the water has been dirty (not from the scent beads) After a day. I change it every day and a half.

I tried the essential oils & it didn’t smell at all. Drained it and added the laundry scent beads. It smelled my entire house up! I love it.It broke after using it two months. The motor started squealing & would seaze up. Tossed it in the trash! Don’t waste your money!

I bought this in July. It is now late October and it has stopped working. I use it daily. I love it but wish it lasted for more than 4 months.Is there a replacement policy?

Nice but unable to clean
When I first plugged it in, the smell over power the house within 5 mins. But I left and came back so that I wasnât ânoseâblind and the smell had subsided within 45mins. My water is Always clean. Maybe the air in my house isnât dirty, idk. Orrr maybe mines isnât working correctly. Also, I can not take the fan apart from the unit to clean properly so I believe itâs clogged due to scent beads. I also tried the Downy fabric refresher liquid and that worked great as well. Will return and hopefully the new one disconnects so that I can clean it properly.CORRECTION::: The Motor blew after a week ð They are sending me a replacement out

I bought this purifier because I love to use essential oils. Itâs easy to set up and clean. When I did a water dump it was murky which means it did its job. I love the different colors that it changes to and the house smell amazing. You can use any oil or scents that you like.

I just recieved mine today, and I am VERY pleased with it. I chose laundry scented beads for fragrance.. and already such a huge different in air quality and distribution of fragrance.Good for stale air, stuffiness, pet odoursâ¦Definitely recommended.

UPDATE MARCH 2025: Stopped working.Original:I had this plugged for a week straight and it still had water in it. I change the water every 4 days, I keep it next to the cats litter box. Helps with odors, you can add fragrance oil in it or the downey unstoppable scent boosters smells great.

Very loud. I think it just puts humidity in the air and doesn’t actually purify anything. Very unhappy as I bought 2 of these hoping they would be a semi effective at least.

adds a bit of moisture but seems to work well. has to be cleaned regularly as the scum builds in the tube in the middle which has to be cleaned out. makes a bit of noise.
