Possible Issues You May Encounter
The product will not charge, and why nothing will make the light a solid red (as it has in the past)?
The low voltage indicator light on the front side of the lens, and the charging indicator light on the back of the charging port. If the charging indicator light flashes, it means the battery has not been activated
Under normally circumstance how long does it take to charge the camera if the battery is completed depleted?
Fully charge the item need about 4-5 Hours(1.5-2.0A, DC 5V output ), and webcam should last up to 9 hours playtime.
Why the microphone is not work?
First, apply the shooting application to the microphone of W31 and see if the microphone can be used
Second, Try using the built-in recording tool of WIN10, or other System. Option 3: Check path: Settings – Sound – Turn up the W31 microphone sound
When it has been used about 4 hours and red light flickers or goes out then back on, what happened?
It means the battery is depleted and you need to charge the camera.

Good wireless camera, very low latency
I got this camera for the purpose of being able to record at a distance from my computer, and be able to move the camera around to capture footage that is best with as low latency as possible. I also have a different wireless webcam that I use in tandem. The Gsou Webcam has a very low latency (less than half of a second), compared to the other one I use (which has a latency of over one second). The delay from the other camera matches what happens when I use my phone as a wireless camera. In general, the low latency is significantly preferable. The video quality is also good, but there are some minor noticeable compression artifacts (though the other camera I use is not free from artifacts/noise either).The camera is also nicely adjustable by being able to change the vertical rotation. The tripod is quite nice. It is seems sturdy, and is easily adjustable in multiple ways, that make it very pleasant to use. However I had to use a different one for this specific purpose, since the height wasn’t quite as tall as I needed.Overall, I am quite pleased with the camera and would recommend it for people looking for a quality wireless camera. That being said, for applications where one needs a wireless camera that does not connect at all via USB, this camera will not work, as it uses a dongle. For most use cases, this should not be an issue, especially if you use a USB hub.I have included a video to compare the latency of the two cameras by seeing how they match up with a wired microphones audio during recording. (The video is slightly cropped on both, so they are not quite at full resolution. The other camera also is used at a lower video quality to reduce latency; it also has filter’s applied to increase readability of numbers, but worsen image quality. As a result, the Gsou’s video quality is pretty close to representative of the video quality, but cannot be directly compared to the other camera.)

Very good web cam.
Camera works well. Picture is very clear and microphone audio quality is very good. The zoom capability is useful. Only complaint is that the camera does not remember the zoom level, so have to push the button to reset it to the desired level for each session. A minor compliant, but would be nice if it was not necessary to adjust each time. Camera was available at a reasonable price and is a good value.

Worked ok for 90 days and now doesn’t work at all.
Picture quality isn’t the best but it will get the job done. Unfortunately, after using this product for about 90 days it stopped working. When we turn it on it will connect to the computer and display video for a few seconds and then turn off. We’ve ensured that it has proper power / charge, checked connections, etc but it just doesn’t work. We’ve gone through all the potential issues listed under the support option and none of them correct the problem.

Awesome web cam
I love this thing, good quality, awesome value and very flexible. Previously had a logitech c270 that I didn’t like because it blocked my screen and I could not adjust the view. Not the case here. This cam (Gsou 2K 5MP Zoomable Web cam) sits above my screen gives solid video quality and had lots of options so you can get the perfect view. I love that the zoom and focus are manual so I can dial it in like I want it. When in google meets I can tap the zoom to get the perfect crop that I want. I know it has some upgraded models like bluetooth but my pc supports that so this base model with all of its viewing flexibility was perfect for me. I turn it on, pop in my bluetooth ear buds and I am ready to rock.

Really great cam!
I love this cam. Runs for up to 9 hours once fully charged. Really good picture quality, even in low light, and the fact that it’s untethered to my laptop is really awesome. Totally worth the price. I would give it 6 stars if I could, but since I can’t, I give it three thumbs up!

Not worth the quality output
Zoom quality is software based, and can get very grainy. Camera tilt was misleading as appearing software driven, it is manual. Not worth the $150

This is a good quality camera, but I had to return it because it did not work for the job that we need to get done but I highly recommend it
