Excellent chair at this price point
I was skeptical about the quality of the chairs in this price point but I am pleasantly surprised. I ordered two chairs and received them in one box. The directions were clear and the chairs went together in under an hour. The only problem I had was getting the casters in – it took brute strength! The seats are comfortable and provide plenty of support and cushion. The chairs roll well over hardwood. They are sturdy and feel way more expensive than they were. If you’re on the fence, take the leap. These chairs are a surprisingly good value!

Ok. For the price.
Descent for the price. Not the most cushy seat. When I sit on it it feels like I am slanted downward. Tried to adjust it but still seems that way. Backrest is good. Might have to put a shim in the tilting mechanism to get it straight.

Can’t beat the price
The quality is better than I expected given the low price. Rolls very easily and is comfortable to sit in for long hours. The lumbar support is great and works for me (I am a short woman-not sure how it would be for someone taller). I usually prefer padded armrests but so far it has not bothered me. One drawback was it took a bit longer to put together than I expected because of the misalignment of the pieces but it wasn’t terrible.

Inspect carefully before assembling
This is a nicely designed task chair with reasonably good ergonomics for the price. However, anyone purchasing this chair should carefully inspect it, especially the top corners of the back, before assembly. This is because the column that supports the seat is a compression fit, and once assembled, it is extremely difficult to disassemble without damaging it. This makes returning the product very difficult. The reason for careful inspection is that the packing appears to be inadequate. A small hole was worn in the fabric at the top corner of the back. And, because the fabric was under tension, the hold got worse quickly. The company was responsive to my complaint and made things right. However, the replacement chair arrived with a hole in the same spot. I guess that the customer service folks are not talking with the packaging folks thus no corrections are being made.
