Yamaha Audio SR-C20A Compact Sound Bar with Built-in Subwoofer and Bluetooth, Black

A great soundbar with awesome sound!
I bought this Yamaha soundbar to go along with a 32″ Samsung TV that we bought for my daughter for college. We have a larger Yamaha soundbar that we use with our 52″ TCL TV, and it works great. My son and I connected it last night, and it was plug and play simplicity. This soundbar comes with an optical cable, so you don’t have to buy one separately. Note- the optical cable comes with small, opaque plastic covers on each end of the cable. These need to be removed before you attach the optical cable to either the TV or the soundbar. All you have to do is plug the optical cable into the “TV” outlet on the back of the soundbar and into the “Optical audio” outlet on the TV, go to settings on your TV and select “Optical audio” on audio inputs, and you are all set to go- 5 minutes start to finish. (BTW- this speaker is also Bluetooth compatible; however, my Samsung TV does not support Bluetooth; hence the need for an optical cable).We watched “Shrek” online, and the sound quality of this soundbar as compared to the TV’s built-in speakers is a night and day difference. Since the audio is as important as the video, you owe it to yourself to get a high quality soundbar. This Yamaha soundbar fits the bill perfectly.

Super easy and great sound
Just purchased this to connect to an old Samsung LCD TV. Setup took about five minutes. It too over as soon as I turned it on and the sound is great for the small room we have it in.

Perfect desktop monitor solution.
I needed a speaker system to replace the Mackie MR5 monitors that I had been using until I went to a larger computer monitor. A regular sound bar like the Yamaha YAS-10X would be too large for the space.The short C20A uses two 1.8″ drivers pointing forward that crossover to a single 3′ woofer for bass augmented with two passive radiators. It has HDMI, optical and analog inputs but no USB. I drive mine from the analog out of an Audiogengine D1 but I’m sure any analog source would work.Sound quality is good. Since I use this on a desktop I’m generally sitting in the nearfield. Voices are clear and easily understandable. The high end is there without excessive sibilance. Flat bass response down to 60Hz with good output at 50Hz (measured). While it tries at 40Hz there’s no real useful output. So at least as good as most smaller desktop speakers.I think for a big screen full size TV using something from the Yamaha YAS line might be better (I have a 107, it’s really pretty good). There is a limit to how loud it will play and a 3″ driver is not a subwoofer. For computer use it’s great for music listening, game play or YouTube video viewing. Unfortunately, there is no USB input but the analog input is a plus. You can easily hear it across the room but nearfield is best.

I got this soundbar for my smallish living room after reaching and watching reviews from multiple sources.. n I am a happy man to have chosen this.Delivery: prompt and safe with original packingBuild quality is premium with mesh cloth cover and touch buttons on top floor volume and on/off buttons.Sound: i was a bit skeptical about the bass output since it is so compact. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the sound and the bass. I found the bass extension option a bit unnecessary since it diminished the over all sound quality.The different modes work perfectly well as they are meant to.Connect using the ARC port for the best output.Cons: no option to add an external sub woofer

Tamanho definitivamente não é documento. Embora compacto, a potência desse soundbar impressiona. O subwoofer integrado dá conta do recado e a integração com TV (via cabo óptico) e Amazon Echo (via bluetooth) é simples e eficiente.
