Disclaimer: In this review, I will not be discussing how my body was “slimmed overtime” using a waist trainer. I just do not believe that a waist trainer will permanently shape my body.I love this waist trainer. I love how easily it fits under the majority of my clothes without showing through the cloth. While there are some exceptions to this, I am able to wear baby tees and some versions of my bodysuits with this product being underneath. I also feel that it is highly comfortable, since the fuzzy lining inside prevents from rubbing or chafing on your skin.The effect of this waist trainer has three different settings to which you can adjust based on your comfort level. Other retailers include this feature, but most do not include latches that will keep everything tight and secure throughout the day. From my perspective, a phenomenal waist trainer will have boning, a zipper, AND various latches that work with one’s comfortability. Though this trainer does not include all elements of my criteria, the latches remain heavily secure across my body as I wear this product throughout the day. I also like their inclusion of boning, since it allows for more structure and definition while in use.This product is also very durable and sturdy. I have never gone for more than a week without wearing it. I have used it for up to 8 hours at a time, have exercised in it, and more. Throughout that all, the product worked well on my body, staying intact and secure. I unfortunately do not have another product to compare it with, but I do think that it’s worth the expense over other, cheaper products on the market.The last few things I would like to mention are the product’s travelability and overall aesthetic. This product is flimsy and can be rolled up easily, making it especially convenient for travel endeavors. I also just genuinely like its structure and, in my case, the color of my selection. If you like pink, I would highly recommend purchasing YIANNA’s waist trainer in the shade “Beige (25 steel bones)”. This is because the color has a bit more of a pink undertone to it in person, even though it might not seem like it from the images online.

Held it’s shape well while I was out
Works really well in giving shape and fits nicely. A bit tricky to put on, but once you have it down it’s easy enough. It doesn’t feel tight or constricting. I wore it throughout a convention under my dress for 10ish hours and did start to feel a bit of discomfort and tightness, was a relief to take off at the end of the night. But throughout the convention I was not limited in mobility and was able to bend, sit, walk around. Didn’t experience too much rolling and it kept it’s shape. The front hooks were a bit visible under the dress, but not drastically; it was to be expected. Overall a good product for me.

Quality issues
I have been purchasing these since 2020 and I have ordered two in 2025, and both have loss spines not even a week into wearing them. The stitching quality has gone down significantly. The one’s I purchased years ago are still in excellent condition, no rips, missing spines, or tears, I just cannot wear them because I have lost weight.

Great for the price
I think itâs a great product for a beginner. Itâs not extremely tight and itâs comfortable to breathe and move around. The material is good quality for the price and itâs soft. The only thing I would change would be the length of it. I feel like my torso is a bit long and the garment isnât long enough but of course every body type is different. I donât feel like it gives my body a shape but it does make me look compressed. By the way Iâm 160LB and 5 feet tall. Overall Iâm satisfied with my purchase.

I am new to waist trainers but I did some research. On corsets. Not waist trainers. So I got a size or two smaller, taking advice from corset forms. I had an event on that weekend and I knew this wouldn’t get here on time so I ordered one that was around $50 to my actual measurements. It was uncomfortable, the bones folded and it folded up. Guides told me I got a size too small (despite getting one to my size) I was miserable and dreading when this one came in as I had ordered it too small deliberately. It came in today and I looked at rhe package sadly. I decided to give it a try and immediantly I was floored by the quality. It felt amazing and looked so sturdy. I decided to try it on. While it was a bit of a struggle- likely because it was new and needed to be stretched in, it fit so snug and so comfortable. The bones didn’t fold or pull up. The material felt so comfortable and I was shocked when I tested sitting that it didn’t fold from the bottom lile my other (larger) trainer did.I’ve only had it for less than 10 minutes but I dove to leave a review from how impressed I was. Honestly!I wouldn’t reccomend deliberately ordering too small like I did. But even with ir slightly more snug, rhe bones didn’t bend like on my larger one, the bottom didn’t fold up and it felt snug, not suffocating.edit: its been two months and this product is STILL going strong and amazing! I can use the middle row of pegs, there is no warping, breakage, weak pegs/ wires and the wires STILL dont fold. Buying another one in a different color! I wear this DAILY for work and it helps so much with my back, no more pain and aches! cant reccomend this enough!

I am very happy with the Yianna waist trainer! I ordered the latex 25-bone waist trainer in beige, and it has a nice rose colour, and it doesn’t have any latex, rubbery smell! It is a very well constructed waist trainer for only $40! The stitching is very neat and the clasps look durable.My waist measurement is between 38-40, depending on how much I suck in, so I ordered an X-tra large, because I really want to reduce my waist back to 34 inches! It’s tight enough, but not too tight, so I can still breathe comfortably, on the first row of hooks. It really hugs your body nicely and is barely noticable under clothes!The back support is incredible, due to the 25-bone construction. I’m very happy that I purchased the 25-bone version, instead of the newer 9-bone version.Thank you Yianna! ð
