Why did you pick this product vs others?:Price & functionSeller is outstanding! I bought this DVR in March, In June we had issues with the power grid! I have a whole house surge protector from the power company but in the AM the DVR was not working properly. I contacted ANX security store. We did extensive trouble shooting & concluded replacement was necessary ANX security Store sent a new one promptly & everything is excellent

Zosi have a really bad hard drive and will never stay working like at should
I bought the one for 8 cameras with the drive and itâs been a month and today in morning just started making noise and saying disk lost thatâs the second hard drive this year i donât recommend any one to buy that at all

Fantastic customer service
Bought this over a year ago and it was easy to set up and use. I recently lost my password and had to work with customer service to get it reset. They were extremely helpful and I have successfully changed my password.

This DVR has digital zoom feature (E-Zoom).
I bought a Sannce dvr to replace my Zosi They appeared to have all the same options. I was surprise to find out the Sannce doesn’t have the digital zoom. Zosi doesn’t advertise that feature but I found that to be a major benefit. Too late to return but I did buy another Zosi and put the Sannce back in the box. Very confusing, no rs485 connector on rear. Setup has feature to control PTZ. What is going on here???
