Customers say

Customers find this gaming mouse to be an excellent entry-level choice that works well for both gaming and schoolwork, with good build quality that lasts up to two years with medium use. The mouse is comfortable for small to medium-sized hands and features a simple design that looks good with RGB mousepads. While the buttons are generally nice, some customers report issues with the middle mouse button misbehaving, and opinions about speed are mixed, with some noting it slows down over time.

Best mouse on Amazon that’s budget
Light weight, great use and easy to set up with G hub, just a average budget mouse with RGB. Very trusted and cheap, but great and lightweight.

solid pick for my gaming awesome gaming mouse
This mouse is awesome for gaming! It’s super smooth and feels great in my hand, plus the cool rainbow lights make it fun to use. The buttons are clicky and easy to set up for my games with the Logitech app. I love how I can change the speed settings on the fly. For the price, it’s a solid pick for my gaming!Loved this mouse so much I got one for my son too! It’s super easy to use, feels great, and the colorful lights are a hit with him. The buttons click nicely, and he can tweak it for his games using the app. It’s perfect for his PC setup. It’s a awesome gaming mouse!

    A nice solid mouse.
For some reason, I’m leaving my wireless mice behind in favor of wired mouses for when I’m gaming. I noticed this mouse by Logitech and also the price which is much lower than its bigger brother. I gave it a chance. I got the lavender one. I’m a girl… so guys, get over it. 😉 It’s very attractive. It has just the right weight for me as well as the shape is very comfortable for me. I have larger hands but use smaller mice. I’m sure that this will be an attractive item for more than fewer in terms of size. What I really like about this mouse is that it has two side buttons that are easily reachable with my thumb. I’ve tried various mice with buttons for the thumb but have found that two is pretty much ideal. I get a little confused with more than that or they get in the way. While I did not purchase this mouse for its LED lighting, it is very pleasant. The colors are constantly changing. They aren’t over powering but are nice and bright. I haven’t checked out to see if I can change them. I’m using this particular mouse on a MAC and Logitech doesn’t support MACs very well with their software. If you need a wired mouse, don’t want to spend a fortune on it, and like good quality for your money, I’d recommend this mouse.

A Good Mouse, But Scroll Wheel Issue at 1.5 Years of Use
This was a good mouse while it lasted. I ordered this mouse in September of 2023 after a double-clicking issue developed in my last mouse, and now it’s March of 2025. The scroll wheel has been acting up and making it difficult to scroll and use—upon searching online this is a common issue regarding wear and tear over time. I’m pretty sure I have had mice whose scroll wheels lasted longer than this, but at least it hasn’t developed a double-clicking issue as of its 1.5 year span of daily use. I still appreciate this mouse so I’m giving it 4 stars, but I am going to try to look for another one because the scroll wheel giving up half-way into its second year of use does not bode well for longevity, thus I’m docking it by 1 star. Still, it’s a decent mouse for the price… But when I think about it I think I’ve had non-gaming mice that lasted longer than this one, so I have mixed feelings.

Idk what has gotten into me but i find this mouse to be so cute😂 seriously though what did you expect? It’s freaking logitech. This mouse is amazing, beautiful design, feels properly built without feeling like a tank. NOTE: im not a hardcore gamer, but i couldn’t ask for anything better for my use cases. 10/10 i love this baby

The best “cheap” mouse you can buy
This is honestly hands down the best value mouse I’ve used. If you’re looking for the best bang for the buck and purchasing a new PC gaming set up, this would be the first mouse I recommend. Also if you’re a 3D artist and looking for a mouse with a nice scroll wheel button and scrolling mechanism that works wonderfully with all your 3D software packages, this is the mouse I’d recommend. For the quality you get, I personally think its cheap and a great deal. Now, having raved about how good of a deal it is, I’m not going to say it’s as good as the Razer Viper Ultimate Wireless that I just recently purchased. It just isn’t that good. The G203 is considerably heavier than the Viper Ultimate and I have come to really appreciate a lighter mouse. However, the G203 is solidly built and I’m sure I’ll be using the two that I have for several years because they are well built and durable. The DPI sensitivity can be turned up far higher than I would personally ever want (8000 DPI) and I doubt it will be a limiting factor for most people. It has a 1000Hz pooling rate, which is a far higher refresh rate than any monitor I know of and I doubt you really need much more if any at all for the foreseeable future. The shape of the body of the mouse is nice, after using the Viper Ultimate, I do wish the G203 was a bit shorter when measured rising up off the mousepad but seriously a minor gripe. After using the Viper Ultimate, I do wish the backward and forward buttons on the side of the mouse were a bit bigger like the Viper Ultimate but they are workable. The lighting on the mouse is surprisingly pleasing a smooth. From my experience the Logitech G Hub software is well designed at easy to use. I heavily prefer G Hub compared to Razer Synapse. Synapse so often requests log in credentials and it’s a rage inducing pain, Logitech in contrast does it the correct way and does not require a log in at all. You just have to install the software and that’s it, it works and it doesn’t take up too many system resources. The cord of this mouse is a bit heavier than some and less flexible than some but it’s not bad. I highly recommend a mouse cord Bungee to go with this mouse, its a great combo if you’d rather not spend the extra coin on a wireless mouse and you can be highly competitive gaming with that set up. I personally use this mouse with the Thermaltake Tt e SPORTS Galeru Bungee on my work machine and it’s awesome. I tend not to lug around a bungee in my backpack with my laptop but the G203 is my main laptop mouse and I do well in competitive games without the bungee also. This mouse is an easy recommendation for me, I think it’s one of the best investments one can make as a PC gamer. I would guess it’s light years better than mice that are included with most if not all prebuilt PC’s. As a long time (25+ years) PC builder, enthusiast and gamer it’s hard to put into words how impressive this one mouse is in terms of cost to performance ratio, it’s a landmark in my mind. It’s the minimum and the maximum that I feel like you really need to be a strong competitive gamer, everything else is either that extra icing on the cake or the e-waste that will fill a landfills quickly in coming years. Just my personal guess this mouse could last you 10 years and there wont be a major compelling reason to upgrade outside of weight during that time. A slow transition to all USB-C maybe could happen and that might be a reason to get a new mouse but honestly this one I think will last you a while if you want it to.

I absolutely love EVERYTHING about this mouse. Not too small, Cheap but good quality and not a lot of RGB. It has a good software to edit side buttons and lights. The first one I had broke 6 months after usage, but it got changed for free. I would forever keep re-buying this mouse. Truly impressing.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to say this is probably the best mouse I’ve ever owned, in 35 years of all-day heavy computer use. I have RSI and even an ergo mouse hurts some days so I’ve been advised to switch using a ‘flat’ mouse and the ergo mouse day about, which has eased all the pain in forearm and shoulder. Switching to this mouse has been a dream – it glides super smoothly with really fine control and scrolls beautifully, plus the scroll wheel zooms with slight pressure. I thought it was a fault until I paid attention. It’s not the cheapest mouse but totally worth it. I read a PC Mag review saying it’s a top mouse and they’re 100% right. i’d definitely buy it again.
