Great option at a good price
We bought this phone for the wifey. She had an apple I phone 5 c for years but as we are switching to tmobile, this is no use as it won’t work with that carrier. We weren’t looking for anything expensive or flashy really. Just needed a decent phone at a decent price. This was that phone but it was a bit better than expected.The screen. Huge! Especially compared the the old I phones. But more, it is really clear and the colors are great. People who get into all the specs and are more technically minded will perhaps tell you there are better screens and why. But were not creating art on it so it works for a normal person.The memory and processing speed look good so far. The onboard memory is big enough she won’t need to worry about it for a long time. And the apps she is using seem to work well on it.The phone itself is attractive to look at. She loves the color and the shape of the screen. And the finger print reader works well for her. Though if you have a damp finger it has a bit of trouble registering. She hasn’t tried the facial recognition yet but if there are any issues with it I will update this.The camera is pretty good too. That’s not terribly important for her it’s just a million cat pictures with them doing something daft. Where we have used other phones with better cameras we really can’t complain. It’s perfect for us.Will come back to update our review if it turns out there are flaws we haven’t uncovered yet. But if you don’t need all the top of the line stuff and don’t want to spend a lot, this is a great option. It has a lot of attractive frilly bits at a much lower cost.

Great phone for price
For $150 this is a great phone, the battery life is great and the speed seems surprisingly good for a budget phone. People complain about the screen resolution, but hardly noticiable for most uses. The only complaint I would have is that the “double tap” to wake the screen feature works about half the time. With it being an international phone its default is in Spanish, kind of unusual. Camera is decent although the wide angle lens seems a bit quirky with stretched and blurry corners, I’m guessing for distortion correction and somewhat low resolution. Video is standard and could of used a stabilization feature. Overall, you get a pretty decent phone for the price.

Reliable, photos and storage are very good.
Great backup Phone.

Beware Android 9
The phone seems on its surface a great value, but unfortunately operates under the new restrictions of Android 9. I’ve now lost some of the intellectual property rights (namely my own conversations) that Android and Google first gained their prominence protecting. They’ve also, once again, gotten wild hairs up their butts about naming basic settings these arbitrary weird names. Takes forever to accomplish simple tasks. I’m not sure if the programmers have ever left Google Compound, but… I’m a teacher AND a businessman. I don’t have time to massage my devices into being the tools I need them to be. It’s 2019, I wish we were still heading into the future and not the dark ages. My advice: go with older Android systems. Unless all you want is a phone. Otherwise, this works well enough. I’ve had some dropped calls but the screen is big and clear. System runs fast and charges quickly. I appreciate some of the extra diagnostic features such as telling me how much time I spend on each app.
