This is brand new IMO. Had protectors front & back, & not a scratch. Phenominal phone. Replaced an existing phone with my carrier, & had it done in minutes. Popped the old sim card & installed in this one. Crystal screen display. The best part is if you have windows 11, you can pair this phone (& many other Samsung) with your laptop which allows you to check messages, text, calls & everything else with the laptop instead of getting the phone. You can even transfer files & pictures with no dangle cord. The win program is called phone link. You can look on Youtube to download win 11 for free. My Dell is 13 years old & it worked even though they say you can’t. So many sites are now wanting to send a text # to log in, & now you can do it from the laptop. You can even send text messages from the laptop through the phone as if you were using the phone. I’m 67 so if I can do it, so can you. Love it!!!!!! Thanks PS. I am on Tmobile. And this phone is super fast.

THRILLED! BUT…
I’m really thrilled about this phone, but… Well, I will explain further in a list of Pros and Cons.PROS1. I’m thrilled with the speed of the performance of this phone. When you click an app or a link, etc., the phone immediately does what you want it to do without lagging, pausing, or delay. 🙂2. I’m thrilled with the speed of recharging this phone. And I’ve never timed it before or read how fast it charges, however, you can see how fast the battery percentage increases, and before you know it, your phone is fully charged. 😁3. I purchased this phone renewed, therefore, I bought it at a discount price. However, the performance of this phone is like new and I’m very thrilled about that. 😁4. I love the animated 3D lock screen image of the little moving objects, which I have screen shots of in the images for this review. Also, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a phone lock screen with animated 3D images before. 🙂CONS1. I’m not a big fan of the fingerprint sensor being on the front screen of the phone because it makes it difficult to open your phone when you’re driving. However, I do like the lime green color that lights up when you press on it.2. Also, I will admit that I am disappointed that the Contacts screen doesn’t have the alphabetical listing of each letter of the alphabet on the right-hand column so that you can press the letter that you want so that the screen will take you to your contacts that begin with that letter. But instead, it just has a column of little black dots going down the right side of the page. 😕3. Now, I asked about this one in the Customer Questions before purchasing it, but I thought the phone speaker was near your ear. However, the phone speaker is at the bottom of the page. Although, I’m not really sure where the microphone is, but most people I talk to seem to be able to hear me and I’m able to hear the sounds coming out of the phone pretty good.But all in all, I’m more thrilled about the Pros of this phone than I am about the disappointments of the Cons of this phone, which really aren’t that great. Therefore, I am only taking off 1 star for my review, which would otherwise be a 5-star review. 😁👍

It’s fine
Needed a phone PRONTO so bought a renewed Samsung A51 because I’m used to the Samsung product and needed cheap after my S21+ screen crapped out. Phone is fine – worked with SIM from dead phone, everything migrated properly and quickly. Battery was at 35% when received, but I cannot yet attest to battery life. The cost was low and I received it next day, which were the vital elements to this purchase, but the charging port is loose and the renewal apparently does not include a proper cleaning.
