Great Quality!
These resistance bands are fantastic for at-home workouts! A little over a year ago, I started using the Madeline Moves app, and since I didnât have much equipment aside from free weights, I bought these bands to add some variety. Theyâve been in almost daily use ever since, and Iâm loving them! The quality feels great â sturdy and reliable for all kinds of exercises. Definitely a must-have for anyone looking to boost their home fitness routine.

Several bands have broken after only a few months
After a few months one of the bands broke, I tied it and figured it was just a bad band, then 2 more broke and now time has passed where I cannot return and no way to contact seller, no phone, email nothing of their selling site. Great workout easy to use
Love the bands. Great workout and I can really move easily between resistance strength. So far the quality seems pretty great. I donât use them non stop and I do not over stretch them either.

Theyâre okay for starters.
 I lost a ton of weight and lack muscle and iâm dealing with a lot of health issues so i needed something to build muscle but didnât require bending my back. Iâm a weak girl, and these offer not a whole lot of resistance for what theyâre labeled. *however*, i stack them and they offer a good challenge that way. 4 stars because they are kinda cheap and weak feeling, i donât think the resistance pound labels are accurate; otherwise i like them.Â

This set is a must have especially if you work out at home..It encourages a full body resistance work out and I love that..I love the fact that I have various weights to choose from thus i can control the intensity of my work out sessions..The quality of the bands are great.

Versatile, Effective Home Strength Training
I’ve always loved resistance bands and tubes for their versatility, portability, ease of both storage and transport, and effectiveness. This set has everything one needs to effectively work out at home.As with every workout technique, there can be a learning curve, but it’s really easy to figure out how to use this set effectively and comfortably. Modification of exercises to account for the length/resistance/ability is extremely easy. I’m mobility impaired and can easily use these, even in my wheelchair.The set comes with a wrist/ankle strap, handles, and a device that one shuts a door on to secure the bands for various exercises. I can do almost any exercise that I can do on a machine in a gym at home with these bands.

The 10lb one broke/tore the first time I used it. The rest seem to be just fine. Itâs convenient to wrap them up and put them in the bag when taking them somewhere. Theyâre a great addition to Pilates. Good for home work outs.
