Perfect for the beginner and the advanced user
I am a very low exercise person, and I bought these to help me move into strength training. I find them easy to use, and there are many exercises I can do in my minimal freebie, so I no longer have to decide between relaxing my brain with some comedy or working out. I can do both! This came with a poster you can tack on the wall with all sorts of exercises on it, so you can create your own fitness plan just with these bands.I loved them so much, I ended up buying another set for my son. We both love that you can anchor them on the door (top, side, or bottom!) and do various shoulder and leg workouts. He’s especially happy because they work great for his shoulder PT.The length of the bands is excellent. We are both tall, and find we can easily use these even tucked under our feet without undue back strain. Also, they fit in a small bag, so they’re super easy to store. Hopefully they last a long while!

Such a great addition to my home gym. They were a great price and the quality is outstanding. Such a versatile arrangement for a full body workout. They’re are several weight variations and different attachments to help use indoors or out and it’s easy to move around. I also like that I can pack them in my bag to travel and have my workout right there with me.

Pretty good quality, regardless of breaking on the first rep
Quick VersionPros: Really good quality and nice-looking bands with comfortable handles and what appear to be sturdy carabiners. Double or triple up the bands you use in an exercise to really give yourself a challenge. Also comes with velcro band straps with a carabiner – so you could attach it to just about anything that is stationary, to then connect the bands for a workout.Cons: The 25lb band may be prone to breaking. If you’re doing something like chest press, or crossovers, so the bands are going over your shoulders/arms, the nylon strap-connection part of the band will rub and scrape on your arm pretty aggressively. Sometimes the bands feel too long to do certain exercises.Longer version – The 25lb band broke and snapped me in the chest, on the very first rep I used it. No big deal, I probably wouldn’t have used them much anyway. I was just gauging which tension to use for rear delt stuff. I think you do have to get a little creative with how you setup for an exercise, because you can easily have far too little resistance or way too much. The fact that you can attach multiple bands to the handles is what makes these useful. I would say they’re probably better for travel, where space is limited, or for someone getting through an injury. I definitely prefer my free-weights or the multi-use machine at home, over the bands, but in between sets, or as a warm-up they can be good. No one is getting into amazing shape with these though, so don’t get them if you think you’re going to revolutionize your workouts.

The best feel, SAFETY and productivity for an anaerobic program
Buy two sets so you have two of each resistance band for each arm/leg. Buy some 2″ PVC pipe elbows and PVC pipe to cut and make some joining pieces. Loop the band through to double the resistance. Wrap a Velcro leg attachment to hold to friction only joined elbows to make a 180 degree connection point to the wall, ceiling or floor anchor points with carabiners. This protects the band from friction wear. With some forethought, trial-and-error and planning you can make a monster workout spot. I have over 1900 pounds of resistance capable when doubled up. After anaerobic workouts since 1968 without a break, this system is more productive and SAFER than any other method.
