Definitely worth the cost, phenomenal phone.
Amazing phone, I love it. It crashed at first and wouldn’t charge so originally I gave it a bad review for that, but the cellphone repair man told me to use a wireless charger, and sure enough it worked and I haven’t had any trouble with it after that. The quality and zoom it has for photos is phenomenal. Lots of storage, and I love love love the smart stylist. Still learning about all of it’s amazing capabilities. Amazing phone. However, the third party sellers of this refused to send me a replacement when I thought it was broken and said they didn’t have a replacement, but continued to have it listed for sale on Amazon, and their communication and cooperation was very limited, but Amazon was amazing on their side. If I were to buy it again, it would be through someone else selling it on Amazon, not Prime mobile one.

Faulty Glue – No refund accepted and out $700
Do not purchase from them. I ordered this refurbished. I got it around 10/14 and started using it. By November 24th, the phone started to look strange in the corner with a single green line. It rapidly got worse and I realized the corner of the screen was coming up from the glue or whatever not being secure enough. More lines, flashing and strobing of the screen and dead pixels. I immediately put in a return request on Dec 1st and set the phone down unusable. I was told that due to the condition of the phone (obviously the reason for the return) they would reject my refund and return request. They also did not ship it back to me. I never dropped this phone, the screen is not cracked, and there’s no water damage. I did nothing to cause it.**UPDATE – Took the phone to a local repair shop and they said every inch of this phone was replaced. It was completely refurbished. They sell refurbished phones and call them new “sealed in box” and thats why my phone was a piece of crap. The first thing I noticed was under the phone settings it said the phone was Maroon and it was in reality all black. That was a red flag but it was confirmed by the Phone Repair store.

Incredible Camera is Selling Point
This phone was advertised as refurbished and unlocked so it cost about half of what a new s23 would cost. I was challenged in transferring data from my old phone but with some help, it went quickly. The phone looks and performs like a new model. No scratches or marks that would say it was used.I bought it primarily for the camera which is, in a word, amazing. The available focal lengths, editing capabilities and picture quality are incredible. My current “good” camera is a quality mirrorless, but this may be my go-to now.I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the charging cord that came with it (not a USB cord but one that plugs from the phone into an electrical outlet connection) was not the right cord. This is not a deal breaker because I don’t envision using that kind of charger, but it should have been the right cord. The AT&T store worker generously gave me the right cord.All in all, I highly recommend the phone and the seller. I’m a very happy customer.

Obsessed and impressed. Phone is brand new, there’s no way this has ever been used. It’s immaculate. Transferred my galaxy A51 info over in less than 20 min. I use Mint mobile and literally just inserted my chip into the Ultra and worked instantly. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!

J’ai décidé de changer mon vieux Samsung S5… Oui un vieux cellulaire de 10 ans lolPremièrement : en ouvrant pour la première fois le S23 Ultra, je constate qu’il est comme un neuf. Aucune graffigne, le OS est neuf et il semble venir du fournisseur Télus, fournisseur canadien. La raison de cette affirmation c’est qu’il m’a demandé si je voulais installer des applications Telus. Cellulaire très réactif et aucune latence.Deuxièmement : Le OS s’est mieux à jour vers la version 14. Tout s’est bien passé. La version du UI a été changé à la version 6.1. Les mises à jour se sont faites en moins de 5 minutes.Troisièmement : les capteurs photos fonctionnent parfaitement. Rien à redire sur ces capteurs.Cinquièmement : Le “crayon” avec le S23 Ultra fonctionne très bien.Sixième : Il reconnait bien les réseaux LTE et 4G. Je pense pas changer rapidement pour le 5G.Le point négatif : aucun chargeur fournis avec le cellulaire. J’ai dû en acheter un neuf chez BestBuy.

Yo cumplo ya 1 año con el y sin detalles, la cámara es espectacular, funciona bien, dura la batería, me llego y parecía nuevo, lo que si es considerar que viene sin cuadro para cargar pero 10/10

Compre el telefono vendido y enviado por amazon estados unidos, considerando que eso me daria mas garantia del que producto funcionara sin problemas, actualmente el telefono no enciende, probe con distintos cargadores y sigue igual, y el problema es que la ventana de devolucion ya se cerro
