Connection
The install was simple enough and itâs very appealing to the eye. The issue is with the connection. Sometimes the CarPlay connects automatically once youâre in the car (as it should) and other times you have to disconnect the BT, forget device, add device again, power down the stereo, reconnect SEVERAL times for it to connect to your phone and CarPlay. Itâs honestly a pain in the butt. It happens more often than not. Sometimes after a couple tries it will finally connect but sometimes it just keeps âtryingâ to connect and never does. This happens with service and several different devices. Itâs more of a headache now more than ever. I rather just listen to my music and podcasts in my cup holder than to fight to connect my phone and CarPlay.

Great customer service
There wasn’t a good manual to install everything, but the customer service was great. I even found a YouTube channel with tutorials from a similar brand. Go on YouTube and search ‘Binize Official’ and there you will find troubleshooting videos such as a flickering backup camera, wiring your backup camera to the reverse light, and how to navigate the menu.This great item has given my Nissan Altima 2012 a new life. Will definitely recommend it. If you are having issues installing and have come to these comments to find a solution then I would first recommend the Binize Official YouTube channel and then second go to the customer service through Amazon. It takes a few days but honestly it’s all worth it.

Beautiful screen And EXCELLENT customer service!!
This device was promising. It has a beautiful screen and the customer support was great. I originally had an issue with the backup camera but they quickly resolved this, but nobody could ever hear me when I tried to make calls with car play. The original microphone that came with the device did not work properly and I was going to return it when I tried a different $12 microphone and now everything works great! The seller went above and beyond to try to help me resolve my issue and offered to fully refund my purchase price but we were able to resolve it. It perfectly fits in my 2012 Nissan Altima like it was an original factory install. You can’t beat this for the price. The only issue I have remaining is that when I try to listen to podcasts or recorded books while the iphone navigation is running, the volume gets lower on my podcasts while the navigation sound is quite loud, but I can live with this as I don’t have the navigation on most of the time. Otherwise, I am very happy with this unit!

Not bad but not good
This product is good but I have a couple issues with it. First of I thought it would be plug and play just to use the radio itâs selfie. It was but it was very selective when it decided to work until it was installed. Additionally, it has âApple CarPlayâ but itâs not real they kinda get you by putting picture but it doesnât have Apple car play only android auto stuff. Those are my only real issues you pay for what you get and I donât mind it but if you wanted to get something that has Apple car play probably donât get this spend more money for better quality. This is like a car radio thatâs an android tablet.

2012 altima huge upgrade.
Overall great product and excellent customer service. I ended up breaking the wire to my GPS antenna and contacted customer support with all intention of purchasing a replacement. Christy at Customer service sent me a replacement at no cost, not even a shipping cost. As far as functionality and understanding how to use it, I am a tech geek so I love everything I can do. Plus great back up camera. Easy to install and program. I am very happy with this product.

Do your research first.
Calls don’t sound clear ever, people can’t hear clearly. And can’t use my phone and make a call without it connecting to it, even if I choose for it not to connect.ð
