Great action cam that’s small enough for my RC
I have the 1080p version and it was ok. The problem with that one was when I hit a bump in the car or jump the video flips upside down, like there is a gyro sensor that detects that it’s flipped and it fixes the camera view, but my case it was messing up my recordings. This one came up and I picked it up and tested it with jumps and bumps and it doesn’t do it like the other which is great. My videos don’t reorient when hitting bumps or jumping. The device is small and very compact. I use it for POV drives and my RC cars which works well. The quality is pretty good and feels nice. My only gripe with this is that it doesn’t have a protective case. If you plan on using this for an action cam get ready to drop and scratch this up. Also there was zero issues for me when connecting to the camera unlike other people here so your experience may vary with this.

Great mini camera for action or tutorial / unboxing videos
This is a cute camera that will come in handy for filming when I need to stay hands-free (like unboxings or tutorials… I won’t be using it as an action camera for anything high-speed). I’m attaching a photo of all the accessories you get in the box (magnetic pendant, clip, cable, etc.), and I’ll attach a video clip shot with the camera itself (just looking around the room).As you can see in the video clip, the video is pretty clear, though there is a slight fish-eye appearance around the edges. This doesn’t bother me personally, but you should know what to expect. The darkness of the video clip is not the fault of the camera. Curtains are drawn due to the high heat from the sun, which darkened the room.The camera is tiny. One thing I wish this came with is a small pouch to store the cam and its accessories in. But since I’m using it mostly at home, I’ll just keep the box for storage. You might want to consider a bag or something for more on-the-go use.The camera is super easy to use. You long-press the button for three seconds to turn it on. You short-press once to start recording a video. You short-press again when you’re ready to stop the video.There’s an app you can use to transfer your videos. I’m not a fan of adding specialized apps like this, I’m using the cable that came with the accessories to connect the camera to my phone (USB-C to USB-C, though there’s a C-to-A adapter as well). Then I just open the videos on my phone and use my phone’s existing editing software as-needed. So quick!The battery came pre-charged which is nice. But you would use the same USB-C accessory cable it comes with to charge it. It looks like you can take still shots if you use the app, but I wish that function was built into the button presses so I could do that using just the phone-transfer option too. But honestly, I’ll use my phone for most still shots anyway, so it’s not a big deal in my case.

The video quality is pretty standard crispy action cam look. However the accessories did not even get a single use. The clip that was included broke instantly. The company was nice enough to send a replacement but I dont expect any sort of long term usability.

Small, easy to use.
I appreciate all the âgoodiesâ included with this camera. For example, 128MB micro SD card, card reader (USB-A connector), USB-C cable with USB-A adapter, belt clip holder, and magnetic lanyard.Having used this for a few days, I can see this camera being a decent dash cam. As far as a body/action camera, there is no image stabilization, so footage is bouncy. Wearing the camera around your neck creates very bouncy/jittery footage that my video editing softwareâs stabilization and rolling shutter adjustments couldnât tackle. Holding the camera worked a bit better. The lens has a wide angle, but it does create a fish-eye effect when objects are close. At 4k used as a body cam, the video is fairly crisp as long as lighting is right and movements/panning is slow. Audio quality is OK for a small microphone, but wind is an issue when outdoors. If not using the app to make adjustments, the default video setting is 4k (3840×2160) at 30 FPS and the file format MPEG-4.Using the supplied USB-C charging/data cable (included) I was able to connect the camera to my 2017 MacPro (Ventura 13.7.6) and easily download the footage stored on the 128 GB micro SD card. The footage is saved in 3 minute clips and can be adjusted to up to 9 minute clips if using the app to control the camera.I struggled to get the camera to connect to my phone (iPhone 15Pro iOS 18.5) using the app. I provided it all kinds of permissions and while it appeared to connect because the indicator light turned green-ish, the app said âconnection failed.â I reset the camera, plugged it in to a 5V power wart (not included) using the included cable, deleted and reinstalled the app, and finally got the phone and camera connected. Once connected, it was easy to connect and reconnect. The app is only required to control the camera remotely and make changes to image resolution for pictures (2M up to 12M), video resolution (2160P, 1440P30, 1080P30), exposure compensation (to override brightness), etc. Unfortunately, once the camera is powered off, the settings return to the default settings. Color accuracy and contrast arenât terrible⦠a little bleak.I tried connecting the camera directly to my phone via the USB-C cable, but couldnât figure it out. That feature may only work with android phones.Fun little camera to mess around with I guess or better as a dash cam.

Ok camera but not as good as other 4k cameras I’ve used. Also, turns out its not 4k, its 2k! The instructions have clearly been poorly translated from Chinese and parts of the instructions are not clear or do not make sense. Also, the stated camera battery life in the instruction manual is just 1.5 hours. The unit also gets a bit hot. The app also defaults to chinese.
