Ensure the power cord is securely connected and the plug is fully inserted. Check if the power button light turns on.

This may be due to a dirty filter. Clean the filter as per the manual. If cleaning doesn’t help, it may need replacing. Filters should be replaced every 3 – 6 months based on use.

Works wonderfully, looks awesome!
The air purifier arrived the next day. It was just like it was pictured and described. I was impressed at how easy it was to download the app to my phone and to have it connected instantly to my Bluetooth/wifi. I have had it for a week now and am very pleased with it! There is a great improvement in the air quality in the air around the living room and kitchen areas. I program it to run during the day but have used it twice at night. It runs super quietly and has the option of turning off the display lights. I had to remind myself that the control buttons are light touch sensitive. No need to add pressure. The control panel has a great feature that does a visual countdown until you need to replace the filter. The care and maintenance instructions for the filter and the overall purifier is simple to understand. Especially on how to keep the filter clean and running smoothly. The purifier has a wonderful feature, which is an essential oil hold which is located on the top of vent. So, you could add a different scent to the air around you. I positively love this feature! Not only does the purifier works well, but it can be a good fit in almost any decor! This is an amazing buy from an amazing company. The price is wonderful and they have an awesome support team. LOVE IT!!!

Quiet, excellent quality, easy to use
I had an old air purifier. I used it for a long time and I needed another one.I searched Amazon and found KNKA air purifier.Compared to the old one, the KNKA air purifier is prettier and light-weight. I can easily move around with the purifier.The KNKA purifier is much quieter than the old one. It is not easy to compare apple-to-apple. But, for the similar air in-take, I feel the noise-level differences.For the air purification function, I feel the difference when I tried both of them.The KNKA purifier could clean the air faster.I can also control the purifier using my smart phone. This is also very convenient feature for me.Especially, I love the sleep mode. It does not bother me. Actually, I could not hear any noise. I just feel that I did not turn on the air purifier. Still I see that the air purifier is working.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the KNKA air purifier.

Works good!
It was super easy set up out of the box, I love the auto and the child lock function on it. We have never had a purifier before so I wasnât sure what to expect/if it was actually doing anything. While making dinner one night I heard it kick up and was happy that it noticed the change in the air quality so quickly. It is small but seems to cover the main parts of our house great. I donât know that it particularly gets rid of odors any quicker than without it (like odors from cooking), which is kind of what I was looking for, especially with it being winter and too cold to open windows, but Iâm hoping itâll also help us endure the sick season a little better this year. Works great as far as I can tell!

Great Air Purifier
I have been using this air purifier for about a week and I really like it. I have another more expensive air purifier that I have used for a few years that I compared it to. I would choose this one over my more expensive one.The air purifier came packaged well and was ready to use right out of the box. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I downloaded the app but I have been using the controls on the actual unit instead of the app. It’s faster for me to push the buttons there than to go into the app to control it.I love that the unit is small and sleek looking yet will filter air in a decent sized bedroom. I have it tucked up against the wall and it is something most people wouldn’t even notice. The panel is easy to understand and adjust settings quickly.There are a few things that I really like over my other air purifier. One is the size. My other one is almost twice the size but only does a slightly larger area. This one is very quiet. It has a night mode that once on, you can barely hear it if you are listening for it. I usually run mine on Auto during the day but you can manually select your fan speed if you want.I like that the lights on the display panel can be shut off or left on. During the day I keep it on but I like that I can shut off the display at night and still have the until filtering air. There is only one tiny light on when the display is off but you really have to look to notice it. It’s there so you know that the unit is still on even with the display off.Another thing I really like is that the display shows you the quality of your air. I tested this by shaking my curtain over the unit knowing that although they are cleaned regularly, there would be some dust on them. Right after I shook the curtain the number on the display started rising and after a couple of minutes it went back down. It’s nice to see the air quality.Overall, this is a fantastic unit and one that I would purchase again. My other air purifier is a nice one but I will move it to a different room and use this one in my bedroom instead.

It is more compact than I thought when receiving it. Setting up on the phone is very easy. I had never had a purifier before, so I wasnât sure what to expect if it was doing anything. It is small but seems to cover the main parts of our house significant. Tried it during the night, and it ran quietly.

If you’ve been at all suffering from air quality or respiratory complications, smell, etc. Buy this one without hesitation, I smoke cigarettes inside & quite frequently in my 120sqft room, it’s easy to function, cool and useful features, easy set up, not too large, not too small. It cleans my small room in minutes after a cigarette which is a huge relief, the App & digital display is great. Turning off the display light at night with ease is very refreshing and convenient as well. 5 Stars all the way, I’ve used it two days and one night, I wake up feeling a lot less sick and congested, (not only from cigarette smoke but other air pollutants from my building, outside & pet odors etc)

I like the compact size and design of the small unit. Strong fan motor but quiet in sleep mode. Simple using and replace filters. For myself, the app control connects to WIFI is not essential necessary. Otherwise, I would gave 5 stars.If it has ION +/- feature that might be great.

I have done many reviews on Amazon and feel this review is the most satisfying. I ordered two air purifiers and received them within 3 to 4 days. This in itself I found to be excellent. I always like setting up anything right away in case something is wrong with the product. I unpacked and followed the instructions. The first air purifier appeared to work fine but as I unpacked the second one it came up with a F1 which I did not know what it meant but it would not appear to work. I wrote Amazon and explained my situation and was given a refund. I then decided to write to the company as when I read previous reviews it said the company was very helpful. Also the company reached out prior to receiving my units that if there was any problem to reach out. After reaching out I got a response back within 24 hours and I was able to chat and explain my problem. They reviewed and said that it was a mechanical error so they would send me a replacement. I received the replacement within two days. I unpacked and the unit appeared to work however the level remained high over 24 and it should be in the 3/4/5/6 range. I again reached out to the company to tell them of my issue. It was 4 days and the level would not come down. Finally after the weekend the level dropped and everything appeared to work. I then wrote back as it was just after the weekend and let them know all was good. I was extremely happy with the company service. I fully recommend this product and company service.
