Best Laptop Ever
Its very thick and heavy but what can you expect from a large gaming laptop, overall I love it and use it almost everyday to play World of Warcraft and Call of Duty with no lag or issues and bright brilliant color, great graphics, ect.

This is a nice laptop. Good build, it just feels solid when you hold it. The laptop is heavy though, like really heavy, but I like that makes it feel worth something. My screen wasnât snapped all the way on when I opened the box but it was really easy to snap back into place. Otherwise no problems yet

I just dislike one thing that Ac adapter come with the computer is not fully compatible with this power hungry laptop and for basic box they provide us 180w charger but actually for better performance it is good to prefer 240w charger that Dell selling 140$.

Came in on time. The box was kind of banged up but that was mostly UPS fault. The laptop works great and I’m planning to add in another stick of ram just to make it easier to multitask. I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The price was great for what its worth and this laptop is great for gaming. If you’re looking for more of a work laptop then I would say look else where. I do both, but I game a lot more so this suits my needs. Love the LEDs by the way. 10/10 would recommend!

Good but…
This overpriced laptop is beautiful, but I found some issues that you are going to experience.1. The sound of it is ordinary.2. If you plan on gaming on it, it will take part of the battery life when in heavy loads because it comes with a 180w power supply, which is not enough to handle gaming, and it is going to burn hot after 1h of gameplay and kill the battery life in the long run because it uses the battery to supply gaming and when battery gets to 20% your game will start to lose performance to a point that it get unplayable.3. Dell customer support will NOT help you in any case, they will keep on saying that is normal and show you a bunch of links that prove that, but it is a complete disappointment for some gamers out there, because for some people, they are replacing a real PC for this Laptop and it WILL NOT replace a DESKTOP COMPUTER and for Dell, I expected much more than a poor customer care with overpriced laptops they are selling.4. You can purchase a 330w power supply for almost a 100 dollars in Amazon, and according to Dell, MAYBE it is going to work, but for over a thousand dollars laptop that you still have to buy the power supply thay may or may not work, better not. That plus the bad customer care, really disappoints me keeping this laptop, and I will surely return it.Overall I will not recommend this Laptop, save your money to buy a real PC and game there.
