UPS was delivered quickly and was as describedI have not had issues with performance in power outages and power fluctuationsI had a good deal of difficulty with effect on network connections during power outages of fluctuations.

Solid product protecting PC
Iâve had several over the years. In the event of a power failure it gives you time to log off and turn off computer without having a cold shutdown. Also helps with power surges.

The unit only lasted 5 months. Then I had all kinds of problems with it. Waiting right now to see if it will be replaced under warranty. Recommend you choose another brand.

Not for large plugs but good back up
Need more space for larger plugs was not able to plug all items in. Basically defeats the purpose of needing it

Bought new because the return policy is bad
I went through part of the return policy steps as suggested by tech support on my older unit. There was no savings so just bought it new and keep replacing the batteries on the one out of warranty.

I tried to return it the day I got it!My old one started working again.However, I tried to return it directly to Amazon, because it had a Battery, they would not accept it..The seller will refund me the cost of the item, but will not cover shipping, across the country!California to New Jersey is a long way for a heavy item.It could cost almost as much to ship it back!Be careful with items with Litium Batteries!!,
