Got what I expected WHEN I expected it!
You can replace this battery cartridge at less than 2/3 the price by buying two of the 12v batteries. Split apart the old one cartridge and remove the adapter in between. Use that adapter rewire the new ones, being careful to wire it the same way as the old one was. (Hint: they are wired in series to create a 24v cartridge.) You’ll need to cut the labels to do this and then use duct tape to hold the new batteries together. (Be sure to include tabs to allow you to remove these batteries later on!)That said, after doing that twice I just bought the pre-assembled cartridge a couple weeks ago and saved myself the hassle… Pull out the old, push in the new and it’s done!Either way, remember to reset the battery replacement date in the APC app if you are using it. And I highly recommend running a self-test while you’re at it.

Battery would not charge.
The battery was defective. It would not charge. I have asked for a refund. I won’t buy from this third-party vendor again.
