Honestly for refurbished this is AMAZING! Started up immediately, had a few updates and is ready to go. Runs amazing, great battery life, perfect screen and keyboard (although caps lock does stick sometimes,,), and its sleek and light which Iâm loving.

Very disappointing, not even an hour with it and it doesnât want to turn on at all. it stayed 4% for a good two hours, i tried giving it a change but it only charged up to 13% in 6 hoursâ¦wouldnât let me start anything or even put my icloud in. The battery needed replacing for sure, kept saying âservice recommendâ before it shuts out on me. Too many dents as well, the delivery guy dropped it in front of my house with such harshness as well, he just threw my package.

UPDATE:Not sure why but after 3 days I was able to get Sims 4 downloaded onto it.It still has some issues with overheating & battery but other than that so far so good.I only bought for sims 4 & it doesnât work. It wonât load the EA page & even after trying Steam & Origin it will not work.I will say the packaging it came in was great, bubble wrapped & the charger was wrapped.The keyboard lights up but barely.There was some small scratches & one of the corners was dented up pretty good but the inside of it was in great condition, the screen, keyboard, touch pad, etc.The battery/bottom of the laptop gets extremely hot after only 5 minutes of being on.The battery will show its dead but after charging it a few minutes it will say fully charged then die again after 1-2hours, so I’m not sure if thats a glitch or whatâs going on with that.Overall Iâm sure it would work great for google searches or watching movies if thatâs your thing but i can use my phone for all of that.I would rather send back & invest in a dell/HP or other device i know works great.My whole ecosystem is Apple except my laptops & i am reminded with this purchase as to why that is. Iâm so sad, I really wanted to love this product, I had it in my cart for months.

My computer works great! I thought that it was going to be bad for $160. But it is incredible!! Everyone told me not to buy one that is the cheapest. But it had the best reviews. 10/10!

La verdad llego en muy buenas condiciones unos ligeros rayones imperceptibles, cargador original aunque un poco sucio y caja genérica pero muy bien protegido jala muy bien se pudo actualizar hasta el Monterey y corre excelente, en condición de baterÃa muy bien la verdad el equipo supongo que era nuevo y sólo lo vendieron cómo reacondicionado por los rayones porque sólo tenÃa 2 ciclos completos y uno de esos lo realicé yo, me queda una muy grata experiencia porque es como si la hubiera comprado nueva por mucho más de la mitad de precio
