It Worked for Me!
I used this to close my above ground 24′ pool. It worked like a gem. When I opended the pool this spring, the water was crystal clear and I couldn’t believe it. One application, one chemical, it was a winner for me!

I won’t know for sure how good this is
There are some very positive reviews of this product. I bought some hoping for something magical. It isn’t. Given some of the other reviews it’s clear some people had some great results using this. I have a permeable pool cover. It rained so much this spring that no matter how much of this I used it would have been diluted to an ineffective level. In all the years I’ve had a permeable cover I’ve not found anything that works well. Gallons of algaecide ineffective. The water is always green and cloudy when I pop the top. I gave it four stars because it’s probably a good product in certain circumstances, but it’s never going to work in my world.

This product is so simple and easy to use! This is our second year closing the pool with this product. Its quality was proven when we opened our pool last year with clear water which helped with a quick open. Great value for the money!

Didn’t seem to do much my pool was still Green upon opening
I threw it in, didn’t seem to do anything, pool was still Green when I opened it, despite putting this and other chemicals throughout the winter. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Works well
I use this every year when I cover the pool and it never lets me down. Last year I was afraid that I covered the pool too early and uncovered it later than usual and figured the pool would be green but it wasn’t! A little cloudy but for being in the pool for 7 months I was pleased.
