Just don’t do it…
Update 12.20.24 Thank God for Amazon customer service! The computer worked until 12.6.24. Then it shut down giving a BIOs error. Contacting the seller is useless. They will reply to messages with IT solutions, that if you are not tech savvy, probably won’t be able to attempt. Luckily, I am tech savvy, but the computer still won’t work. Seller is not good at customer service or truly wanting to replace/ repair the item. This is a very good value for the person who does not want to spend a lot of money on a new computer. It does everything as well as a new top dollar computer. Windows 11 works well. Like any new computer, you will need to update preferences and download from the cloud or transfer your files. It’s a really simple set up. There were no compatibility issues with my printer, monitor or mouse.The only complaint that I have is the wireless keyboard and mouse that came with the unit. They are really cheap and it’s probably better for you to use your existing keyboard and mouse or purchase new ones. For me neither the mouse nor the keyboard would stay connected.

Works very well
So far this computer has been excellent, It boots up very quickly and all applications open up fast as well. It connected easily to my WIFI and the 4 USB ports on the front of the computer come in very handy for charging my phone and 2 tablets. Windows 11 is just as easy to use as other versions. Overall I feel comfortable in recommending this computer to others.

Great place to buy from, price, quality, service.
This is a great place to buy a refurbished PC and save money. I have bought 5 or 6 Dell pc’s here. Two I use as a DVR for TV. The oldest one I bought here is still running fine. It had Win7, that long ago. I still use for the 32bit programs I have. (Autocad) The service you get here is the best. They have always taken care of me if I had a problem or question. That matters. I can trust this company, so can you. I bought this Dell 3060 for the Win 11 Pro I can’t upgrade the ones I have. October is the end of updates for Win 10 or pay $60 a pc/yr. So this will be my online PC. It’s another great pc. Fast.Dell 7020, Dell 3060, Dell 785, 2-Dell9020, Dell 7040 I use them for video editing and music editing.They have not failed me. They run a full 100% on the processors at times when it’s video edits and the just keep running.

Great bargain if it worked.
This computer would not boot when first c connected.Issues -I had to create a Bootable usb just to get it to start. Even with a Core 7 hard drive it is very slow booting.I have yet to get any sound from my sound bar.Bluetooth doesn’t seem to work.I am about ready to send it back.

I purchased this item hoping to use it ASAP and have had nothing but trouble, not only does it not work properly but the keyboard arrived a day later in a seperate box and now I’m having issues returning it because the keyboard won’t fit in the cpu box, they should know what they sent already.
