I ordered them in April and wear them when shooting prone position (Elbows on concrete floor). They really worked well, nice pad, but a little tight for an Adult, but overall did the job

Just got these elbow pads minutes ago, put them on a WOW.INSTANT PAIN RELIEF!Ok I just got them so can’t speak for how they will hold up or if material is irritating yet but happy right now from lack of pain.I sized up for comfort and glad I did!anything smaller would have been too tight.They are compressionand are snug so gladabout that. Will update my review after I’ve had them more than a few days because anything feels better than pain.I’m a woman with athletic build from sports and doing construction as well as being older so I can’t speak for size for an average woman’s arms, as mine have larger mussels then a lot of men I know, But not my husband’s arms alot more mussels than mine….LOLIf I don’t report back there still holding up and are working good!If you have elbow pain I would say go ahead and try them.Fast delivery, look durable so go for it better than suffering and for the price I paid for them the Quilty materials are really more than expected don’t write a lot of reviews but am happy and out of pain for nowð

Not “one size” – comes labeled as “S” for small!!
I’m dealing with ulnar neuropathy of the elbow (cubital tunnel syndrome) and these are way too tight for this adult male with large biceps. Puts way too much pressure on the ulnar nerve, and cuts off circulation to my forearm and hand.The product falls off of my wife and teenage daughter’s arms.Rather than return this $9 product I’ll cut out the padding and sew it to the inside of my arm brace that i had to cut the elbow out of because it also caused too much pressure. That should give me proper support of the arm to limit bending as well as a little additional padding while sleeping.
