2025 update! 4+ years of quality for $29.99 or less
Update 9/24/25Well today, we finally lost a real one folks. Here’s her final picture, she’s pretty beat up cause she was well loved and used daily for the last 4+ years. I had spilled some water on her A and S keys and I think that finally did it. Don’t get me wrong she had successfully fought off previous splashes of coffee, water, juice and sometimes even liquor and she was fine, but she ultimately wasn’t immortal. I’m thankful for all the use I’ve gotten out of her and all the memories. Don’t let this deter you from purchase, she was a soldier, and she was always ready to help you put in some work for the day. Be a kind human and continue purchasing her copies, and her honor will live in memory! All jokes aside, this keyboard was a got dang work horse and cute and compact while at it too!!****Update 9/25/2024:It’s now been over 4 years since I purchased this keyboard. This thing is a beast. I’ve since gotten 2 new jobs with hybrid work from home and in office schedule and this keyboard has been an absolute beast handling ALL of it! I can’t believe the value I’ve gotten out of this thing, I mean it paid for itself within a week or 2 of working from home at initial purchase and it’s still kicking. I now keep it at my current job office in my desk, only utilize it the 2 days I am required to be in the office, but I’m amazed that it STILL WORKS JUST AS WELL AS WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT!! I will use this thing until it kicks the bucket. Again in disbelief but here we are 4+ years later. If you need a rechargeable, compact wireless keyboard, you literally cannot go wrong with this. Trust! OG review down below.I started working from home pretty much immediately since the pandemic started (may 2020 until now) and I purchased the keyboard June 2021. It’s never let me down! I have a couple of cons but they are very minor and it’s really me being nitpicky. This little keyboard is great! It takes up minimal space, it’s light weight so on days I like to work remotely from somewhere other than home I can count on this keyboard to not put too much weight in my bag with all my other tech!! My 2 cons are that there is no warning for when it’s close to dying, it just starts being glitchy here and there but then will continue working as normal until it finally dies completely BUT the good thing is you can charge it as you use it. My other con is that it’s not USB C, again this is minor, I don’t mind lugging around that extra little cable but some people might. Other than that this thing is a beast!!! Really, it’s been in use 40 hours a week for over 2 years now and little to no signs of wear and tear (I generally take care of my things so it has been babied) and zero glitching other than when the battery is close to dead. AMAZING VALUE FOR $19! This thing paid for itself instantly. If you work from home, if you run an office and want to get some nice quality but affordable keyboards. Get it.

Best Keyboard
I first purchased this keyboard in April of 2020 after building my first custom PC. If there’s one thing I hate, it’s being wired in on a computer setup so that shifting around in your space is tedious. I do professional editing, and gaming is a major hobby of mine, so a comfy keyboard is critical for me as I’m on my computer more often than I’d like to admit (please, go touch grass if you identify with this statement).Personally, this keyboard is a lifer product. Being so thin, and low to the desk, it’s extremely ergonomic. Your wrists stay naturally resting on your desk throughout your time using this keyboard, so fatigue isn’t a problem. And I do notice when I go to a keyboard that’s higher up, my wrists do get tired–so it’s not my superhuman 30yr old wrists, it really is the keyboard. The keys themselves are spaced masterfully, and typing feels extremely natural. The extended size that includes a number pad makes a really big difference when doing calculations, or putting together spreadsheets. There’s pretty much everything you could need on this keyboard. If you have small hands, I will say this may not be the best keyboard for you. It’s by no means compact, but rather a perfect match for your average-sized hands. Typing feels really good to me. It’s fluid, nothing gets in the way, and again–nothing is missing from this keyboard.I almost forgot to mention battery life because I literally never think about it. I use this keyboard on a regular basis. Do I forget to turn my keyboard and mouse off overnight? Often. The battery life however is insane. And when you do lose battery, pop it into wired hell-mode for a few hours while you keep using it, and then don’t worry about it for another month, or three. There’s only two downfalls I have found in this keyboard over the last near-4 years:1) the arrow keys are teeny–they are essentially useless if you find yourself playing an older game that doesn’t use WASD for movement (a very niche situation, but it’s a major learning curve to overcome)2) spilling your coffeeSpilling your coffee deserves it’s own paragraph, so here we go. I’m prone to spilling. Sometimes I get up earlier than I want for a meeting. And sometimes this leads to spilling my coffee. Sometimes I’m just a clumsy girl having a clumsy day. And sometimes my cat is an idiot. This keyboard takes a spill like a blumbering idiot. As in – it doesn’t. At least not at first. Spill a major drop on this guy that seeps into the keys, and he’s down for the hour. Spill your whole entire cup all over your desk, and on TOP of your keyboard? Have a backup keyboard for the day. If your spill isn’t directly onto your keyboard, you’ll be fine. This keyboard’s metal bottom is a champ, and so so easy to clean. But the second something drips onto the electronics between the keys, you’ll be typing 5 letters instead of 1. Like so: “lm;kio”; rather than “l”. Now. You CAN bounce back from this. Turn your keyboard off, put that baby upside-down, and let it rest. Turn it off, and take to it with the cool cycle of a hairdryer (don’t take my advice on this method, I am not a professional keyboard scientist). Generally, wait it out. However, it takes time, and obviously liquid in any electronic is a risk. I’ve bounced back from many a spill with this keyboard. So if you have time, it’s no big deal. If you have a backup keyboard that cost you $10 that you tolerate in desperate times, no big deal. But there may be a time where your cat knocks something over in the middle of the night, and your keyboard sits in liquid for ????hrs. And it may fry the top 2 rows on your keyboard, so you have to CTRL-C/CTRL-V the exclamation point for two weeks before you convince yourself to rebuy your keyboard. I can’t tell you what your life is going to look like. What I can say is that this keyboard–for me–is worth all of it’s two minor downfalls. I may or may not have just bought this keyboard for the second time because of the above spill incident. Who’s to say. But I love this keyboard. It feels good to be able to use my exclamation point again! It feels good to type away on a newer version with sturdy, fresh keys. I’ll miss the smooth divot my thumbs wore away from 3.5yrs of spacebar usage, but I’m excited to wear new spacebar smoothness into this new keyboard. Also. I love the addition of the calculator shortcut on the numpad. Extremely useful for a keyboard that has a numpad. This keyboard? This keyboard is an It-Girlâ¢. Certified. By me. I hope you buy this keyboard. I hope you fall in love with this keyboard. I hope you have a nice, late-summer marriage with this keyboard at sunset. It’s what this keyboard deserves. I know it has flaws. But don’t we all?

Good short term investment. Not long term. 2 year warranty without registration is everything
It was a great keyboard until it wasnât.I loved how thin it is. Loved the keys and how they align to my windows 13 product. Loved the 10 key. Love that I am able to recharge it via micro usb cord.Donât love that after 7 months the âmâ key isnât functional. I tried to remove the key and nothing is under it. So thatâs annoying. Also there are times it doesnât connect even though itâs less than a foot away from the connector. On the next keyboard.Update. Looked on the back of the keyboard and it said it had a two year warranty. Reached out to the email and they are sending me another.

I read a few reviews praising this item for it’s typing action being comparable to a Laptop keyboard.Well I’m sad to report that while it’s not a terrible typing experience, it is unfortunately not close to delivering the same feel as my Asus Tuf A15. The key action feels dull by comparison. Keys also have a cheap plastic feel, not smooth like on a laptop. It just feels unsatisfying to the touch and the press.I’m not sure what price we have to pay to get something close to a laptop replica, but I’d say it’s more than the cost of this product. This product is lightweight, it functions and has a lovely stainless finish on the back that you will never see.For me, the hunt continues for a good low-action keyboard that offers the same feel as a laptop.

MAY 20222 UPDATE:I left but edited down the original review. It is mostly out of date. Removed old picture.Artek contacted me after my 2-star review (very proactive!) to remind me that the keyboard had a 2-year warranty. They sent me a new version which, strangely, is better than what I wanted. It is USB-C powered! Has better battery life. The keys are probably the best I have ever used on a keyboard–low profile, chamfered edges to prevent accidental striking, dimpled centers but concave faces on the lower arrow keys (nice again!), and firm and tactile response. Apple eat your heart out! For the even better part: It is also full size but they have trimmed away excess (about 1/2″ on each dimension) to make it very compact. I initially bought the mid-size version. Although this one is larger, it is still compact and has all the keys. Have only used it for a couple of weeks. If this holds up, it will be one of THE keyboards to buy! And no, Artek has not paid me a penny (why I left the original reviews). Just delivered great service and an awesome keyboard.RETURN GRIPE:Was up on this unit but 3 weeks past the return window (which I WOULD use) and it’s bumming out on me. My PC needs a wipe but it’s not just that. Lots of missed keys yet my AZIO mouse does not show any stutter due to the PC. Situation is so bad I had to remove it and am typing now (this update!) on a wired keyboard. So don’t just hold out for USB-C, hold out for a more reliable design. Down from 4 stars to 2. I still would not describe it as c**p.ORIGINAL REVIEW [Reduced]:Description states full size but it’s not. That narrower width was my main reason for buying. […][…] Was using a borrowed full length (43″) version and liked it a lot, but for the width. [..] The smallest version from Artek was too narrow. […]Am liking this very much. Seen some complaints about missing letters but experienced none of that with the borrowed unit. Bought this with high expectations and it has delivered, thus far. [..] It’s firm and flex-free! […] Too bad it’s Micro USB power (that star!) However, the power lasts. […] Buy it if you can’t wait or get a good deal but hold out for the USB-C version if you can.
