I have purchased their coverage several times in the past, and the items insured never had failed, but was glad to be safe than sorry.This time around, I had bought a hybrid watch (Pininfarina) with a two year warranty. The watch was faulty and the company ignored my many requests to repair or replace it.Fortunately, I also purchased a policy with Asurion, as I feared something like this may happen.
